I was familiar with the manager of the restaurant, because I chose Chinese food for dinner that day. One of the dishes was fried white crabs from the East China Sea with shepherd's purse and rice cake. The taste was great. I knew that the crabs were definitely killed alive. The meat was firm and elastic, with a hint of sweetness. I asked the manager curiously, it is easy to understand that Chinese food chooses live crabs, so whether the crabs in the other Western seafood bucket are not killed alive. As a result, the manager Jerry told me that they are also alive. All these shrimp and crab seafood dishes must be booked one day in advance (there is basically no stock if ordered temporarily) to ensure the freshness of the ingredients.
