房間中規中矩，衞生沒什麼好挑剔的，在梅山這麼偏僻的地方，這兒已經算是很熱鬧的地兒，樓下就是大超市、各式的小吃店，附近的風景非常廣袤，日出時走在水邊看紅橋、藍橋，非常地愜意。

經常出差，每次都很久，基本每年入住酒店200多天，對酒店還是有些要求的，梅山這邊酒店裡，總體這家還是很好的，酒店比較新，房間也比較乾淨，周邊餐飲也相對多點，也有購物超市，床品舒適性也很好，酒店前台服務也很不錯。新開的酒店也提個建議：這個價位可以借鑒下華住旗下的全季或者桔子這種舒適性酒店的的管理，房間不小，角落空曠，建議放個簡易沙發和桌子。另外就是早餐，需要豐富下，不能按照民宿整。住酒店生意蒸蒸日上，入住率不斷提高。

酒店真的超棒！位置絕佳，就在[寧波大學]附近，出行超方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，睡了個好覺😴。服務人員態度親切熱情，有求必應。早餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯。下次來還住這兒！

房間不錯，硬件設施很好，乾淨整潔，安靜舒適。就是服務不太理想，和華住會的服務相差太遠。早餐也是太差，早餐完全是應付顧客。。。。。。。。
