棲哈酒店的客房間乾淨、整潔。酒店附近的綠化環節不錯，停車場停車方便。附近是寧波市鄞州區汽車銷售一條街。

大環境離市區有點遠，停車有點難，但是，服務員能給找個車位，賓館熱水很好，洗浴很方便，被褥床單很乾凈，就是房間地有點不乾淨

衹是離醫院很近，除此之外別無優點.
從來沒去過這麼拉垮的酒店，衞生環境很差，一進屋子就感覺有味道，開關上面都是灰，空調開了半個小時了，還感覺沒什麼涼氣，但前台阿姨人挺好的。

衞生：真的很糟糕，牆壁和天花板都有發黴的，進去房間一股子異味通風很久都沒散，要不是我當時着急有事就換房了，廁所和洗手池也一股異味，特別不乾淨，床上也有點臟（有稀碎的臟東西），住完不久就發現身上有點過敏，洗浴間洗完澡帶出的水很多，穿着一次性拖鞋一不小心踩到滑倒整個人摔了，有幾處摔傷

也許是地理位置原因，附近沒有酒店住，房價相對於其他酒店來説偏高，衞生也不是很乾凈，早餐也沒有，性價比很差，衹能應付一下
