估計建成到現在沒打掃過房間衞生。除了床單更換清洗其他地方都是灰。房間隔音基本沒效果。隔壁和走廊裏的動靜不能用清晰可聞來形容，而是沉浸式環繞在耳邊。

地理位置極好，就在甬江大橋三江口，和老外灘旁邊。雖然樓下店鋪有些魚腥味道，下面空調聲音有些大，但是通風好，價格便宜。是煙民的首選，附近很多好吃的店鋪！
