The service is not bad, the front desk service is very good, but it is a bit troublesome to check in. Now everyone who checks in has to register at the front desk, even children. I personally witnessed another front desk staff verifying the check in process. The kinship relationship between a child and an adult feels so strict. The explanation given by the front desk is that hotel registration during the Hangzhou Asian Games will be much stricter than usual. It felt quite reasonable and I didn’t say much. When I entered the room, it was quite clean. However, there was no comb in the room. You can call the hotel and ask them to send it to you, including some other disposable items. It’s worth mentioning that The takeout I ordered in the evening can be delivered directly to the room, which is good, unlike some hotels that don't allow takeout to be delivered upstairs. Thumbs up. Overall, it's a good hotel with good value for money.

整體有好有壞。 先説優點。位置沒話説，靠近梁祝地鐵站，交通便利，周邊商場也近，逛街覓食都很方便。前台服務到位，態度親切，辦理手續迅速。房間寬敞，床很軟乎。早餐樣式豐富，味道也不錯。免費停車和洗衣房也貼心。 但問題也存在。衞生方面還需加強，細節處理不到位。部分房間有味道，通風后也散得慢。隔音效果差點，晚上外面的動靜聽得挺清楚的，影響休息。 整體而言，這家酒店有亮點也有不足，如果能改進上述問題，體驗感會好很多。

住了這麼多家酒店第一次體會到被人關懷的感覺，早上孩子在財經學院考試起床急匆匆出門，衣服換下直接丟在床上，到前台發現前台提前打包了早餐在暖櫃給我們這些參加考試的人準備着，下午考完試回到房間發現不但衞生已經打掃好了，我跟孩子的睡衣都被客房阿姨疊好放在了床尾，昨天跟前台打電話多要了兩瓶水，今天客房阿姨在房間直接給我們放了四瓶水，這種被人放在心上的感覺真的很好

酒店房間寬敞舒適，床品乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐M服務很周到👍，入住期間基本需求都可以滿足，很貼心，如果來不及吃早餐，還有打包服務，停車位足停車很方便，開票都是電子票，直接聯繫前台就下開票訊息就好

酒店環境很好，停車方便，早餐很豐富，前台服務很好，特別是那個前台的L小姐服務很貼心周全，唯一不足的地方就是保潔阿姨需要再培訓一下，早晨會亂敲門~這也是住星級酒店這多年第1次遇到~
