The hotel lobby looked VERY nice with a lot of traditional decorations. Great first impression. The room we booked looked nice, but it hadn't been cleaned. The owner was very nice and offered us a different room. Unfortunately, although the new room was indeed clean, there was no door to the toilet. Good location and nice walk by the river.

The room price is very affordable. It is much cheaper than the price I lived in Wuhan the first day. But it is much more comfortable than that. The room is also very big. Bathing is also very convenient. very quiet. Overall very satisfied.

The hotel location is perfect, close to everything, the staff is welcoming, specially Zhou. Perfect hotel, the room was clean and spacious. We had a mold smell in the first room and they changed it immediately. The view is perfect, beautiful area around the hotel. I recommend it

A very standard, clean hotel. Large clean room with a good size bathroom with bathtub and shower. A short drivefrom key areas in Ningbo, good breakfast and helpfull staff.

The overall feeling of the three-star hotel is still good. There was a small spider on the quilt of a bed when entering the room, which I dealt with myself. The toilet did not produce much water and the flushing force was not enough. The corresponding disposable items were not delivered in time according to the number of people when multiple people checked in. The refrigerator was equipped but not connected to the power supply. It smelled bad when it was turned on. The front desk was quite enthusiastic when checking in, and the breakfast was quite rich, which was better than the general hotels of the same level.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a clean and comfortable environment. The facilities and equipment are comprehensive and attentive. The service staff are professional and enthusiastic, able to quickly resolve guest needs. The dining options are abundant and delicious, widely acclaimed. Overall, this type of hotel is an ideal choice for business travel and vacation leisure.

Everything is new and clean since it’s a new hotel. The room is extremely spacious so if you’re traveling with someone else, you’re not gojng to bump into each other or bump into the things around you. The breakfast is AMAZING. They serve dimsum, noodles, rice, cakes, and so much more!! They also have a free popcorn machine, a gym, and most importantly, FREE laundry and dryer!! The staff are very friendly as well. The front desk employees are all extremely efficient, and the cleaning ladies are so, so, so kind and attentive. They won’t hesitate to give you free water bottles if you ask for it. The hotel is located near neighborhoods so it’s not noisy at all. It can be a little far from the main city area, but it’s still convenient enough that you won’t have any issues if you have a car or if you take a cab. It’s a great hotel and I’m definitely staying here again the next time I’m back in Ningbo!

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

The hotel has a high cost-effectiveness, a good environment, and the hotel front desk service is also very good. Pang Bin and Xiao Wang at the front desk are very enthusiastic and proactive. 😘😘
