當天我們從阿曼安納塔拉度假過來，那兒非常完美。下午四點多來到阿麗拉酒店，這是恐怖開始，這是我住過所有奢華酒店裡服務最差的一家。對於600美金一晚酒店房價的奢華度假酒店，提供這樣糟糕的服務，想問凱悦集團怎麼在培訓員工，怎麼培養的總經理！
我們的房間可以住兩大兩小，我們多了一個5歲小孩，來之前回復我們的郵件寫了酒店政策可以加床，加一個4歲以上小朋友是15里亞爾，酒店開始給我們一個正對懸崖泳池的漂亮房間很滿意。我們提出額外加床，酒店説加100里亞爾，而不是15里亞爾，最後説60里亞爾，跟郵件價格相差甚大。而且不能住原來漂亮風景的房間，需要換另外一間，我們看了房間完全沒風景，我們都不喜歡。我們提出加60里亞爾可以，但是我們要住原來的房間，酒店不同意！從四點多到六點多，離懸崖泳池七點關閉衹有不到一個小時，我立馬決定就一個大人帶三個小孩共四人入住，這樣不用換房間，晚上我開車去外面找一家酒店住。孩子們開始游泳，衹有半小時游泳時間，七點一到，工作人員開始趕人！
游泳完，我們開車去山下吃飯。來之前我們也想預訂酒店懸崖餐廳，但是酒店有每個人30里亞爾+22%税的保底消費，讓我們很震驚，整個預訂都是非常傲慢，游完泳我們也看了餐廳，衹有可憐的一桌客人在用餐。當天正好山下有好玩的美食市集，我們和孩子享受美食，玩當地人的遊戲，到11點關門都度過了非常美妙的時光！
我在山下訂了一間房，準備把他們四人送回酒店，我在下山住一晚，進入大堂跟前台説了我呆15分鐘，給孩子洗完澡上床睡覺就離開，我的車就停在門口，結果10分鐘不到，電話打來客房讓我離開，態度非常惡劣強硬！
第二天早上我九點再次來到酒店，我們想一家人吃早餐，多加一位五歲小童付費用餐，一般頂級奢華酒店早餐加一位5歲小童最多40美金，沒想到經理告訴我們要收60里亞爾（等於160美金），震驚我們，這是天價的早餐，請問阿麗拉這是凱悦集團的黑店嗎？太恐怖了！我們當即決定，一個爸爸帶三個孩子吃，另一個去大堂等待。
這時，酒店前廳一位女士也過來餐廳，以我們多一個客人為由，要求我們其中一個人15分鐘立刻離開酒店。我説我們是一家人，用餐完畢後我帶一個參觀酒店，我也瞭解過凱悦集團相關規定，沒有任何條款説不讓住客在酒店見朋友，或參觀酒店。從九點到十點，酒店從餐廳經理，到前廳經理，輪番上陣，就因為昨天我們沒有額外付60里亞爾，處處刁難我們，一頓本來期待的的懸崖早餐，到十點還沒吃上，離退房還有兩小時，所有度假美好心情全無，十點我們五歲小孩看到大人和酒店經理爭論，又餓又怕，嚇得大聲哭泣，但沒有一個酒店員工來關心孩子。根據早餐情況，酒店應該當天衹有五家客人入住。因為我們爭論聲和孩子哭聲，影響到其他客人用餐，投訴餐廳，經理又過來“你們影響到其他客人用餐了”，我們憤怒了，難道我們不是客人。酒店沒有給我們和孩子提供任何應有的服務，餐廳經理立刻不説話了，知道沒有服務好，前廳女士也離開，後來叫來了總經理，總經理讓我們説一下剛才發生的情況，我們再次意外，你的員工應該都有反應給您，我們要求那位女士過來對峙，總經理居然拒絕！並表示都是我們的錯誤，也是説酒店各種政策，沒有任何安慰我們和孩子情緒，最後我們強硬表示，我們沒有在酒店享受任何服務，我們的度假還有兩小時，希望能有一點美好的回憶，總經理才停止，不在爭論，讓我們開始用餐，匆忙的早餐也就半小時，到11點孩子們換衣游泳。今天發生的事情我們當酒店員工的麪，全程有錄音，必要時候我們會提供全部。總之，這家酒店擁有完美的風景，但一切糟糕服務讓我們難以忘記！我們錯在有三個孩子入住，而三個孩子想在一間房。我們願意為合理費用買單，而不是天價！

酒店起在懸崖上，景色美麗，泳池還有熱水，就算黃昏看日落時，都可以在泳池中慢慢欣賞。另外酒店也提供很多免費活動，雖然我沒有空參加，但都看似很吸引。

Это мой второй визит в Оман и первый раз, когда я посетила Alila Jabal Akhdar. Температура в горах в это время + 25C, что очень комфортно для путешествия. Отель изумительный! Поскольку всё строится на концепции быть максимально экологичным, здесь нет пластиковых бутылок, и даже в ванной банная линия (шампуни, кондиционеры, жидкое мыло) разлита в керамические ёмкости. С моей точки зрения, спорное решение, поскольку все эти ёмкости выскальзывают из рук и весьма проблематично получить нужное количество моющего средства из керамического сосуда без дозатора. Хотелось бы, чтобы менеджмент отеля либо предусмотрел установку дозаторов на всю банную линию, как это сделано в общественных зонах, либо всё-таки предлагал гостям воспользоваться пластиковыми ёмкостями. Сервис в отеле безупречный. Я в восторге от гостеприимства, начиная со стойки регистрации и заканчивая уборкой в номере. Мой номер оказался очень просторным, с прекрасным видом на горы и бассейн. Фотографии я прилагаю. В период моего проживания загрузка отеля не была максимальной, так что бассейн был практически моим личным. Завтрак в отеле выбирается по меню и официанты спешат исполнить любое ваше желание, оставаясь неизменно доброжелательными и исполнительными. Ужин в отеле был необыкновенно вкусным. Я выбрала местную рыбу и безалкогольный коктейль. И сама подача блюд, и окружающие вас горы, тишина, звёздное небо и прекрасный вкус и создают непередаваемые ощущения! Если у вас будет возможность поехать в Оман, я бы рекомендовала непременно оказаться в Alila Jabal Akhdar. Это стоит попробовать.

除了蚊子太多，其他都特別好。lounge有一位女經理？還是什麼職位的人態度有點奇怪。其他餐廳和酒店的工作人員都特別好，還請了一杯飲品。
室內攀巖都沒玩過但完成了室外攀巖！屁滑有用，任何感覺沒處下腳的地兒就降低重心蹭下去。洞裏有一處有水，同組倆海灣佬框框摔跤，我穩定的屁滑下去雖然褲子毀了但真穩當沒摔跤。
會再回來！ps如果同時預訂了alila和annatara找酒店外的司機來接送注意價格，我找了司機從馬斯喀特送到山腳，另一位司機從山腳從到酒店。這部分價格都合理。但是兩家酒店之間價格略高，找Alila去annatara接到酒店是20omn，外面司機是15。

絕對值得專程前往的酒店。需要開四驅車到達，一路彎道很多。山谷、懸崖、日出、日落、觀星，各種風景都一流。餐廳也不錯，大廚的湖南剁椒蒸魚，是還是向湖南人學來的。

很特別的懸崖酒店，酒店在懸崖邊上，房間看出去就是大峽谷，房間內部很乾凈，有室內外温泉小池子，無邊泳池可以俯瞰大峽谷。吃的主要是阿拉伯西式餐飲，早晨是自助點單形式，需要英文好，要不點上來的食物可能不是你想要的。酒店內有小徒步路線，適合家庭出遊，線路上有不少海洋動物化石，有配套宣傳板介紹化石和周邊生物情況。膽大體力好的可以試試峽谷巖石攀巖。

這酒店應該是我在阿曼住過最好的酒店了。房間非常大，景色不是一般的美。在懸崖邊上蓋的酒店，可以看日出和日落，非常的美。早餐也非常好，服務人員非常好，也非常熱心。關於酒店的服務，景色都無可挑剔。唯一要注意的是：如果你是自駕，上山必須開四驅車，否則山下檢查站的警察是不讓你上山的。我就是在上山前又到租車公司重新租了一輛四驅車上山（當地租四驅車一天約30到50里亞爾）。假如你不想租車自駕，那你可以提前48小時跟酒店預約讓酒店安排車到山下接你，但費用很高，來回車費需要130里亞爾。另外值得一提的是，如果你不想吃酒店的晚餐，那你必須帶好食物上去，上去後你基本上是找不到買食物的地方。如果你選擇在酒店用餐，基本上最便宜約15里亞爾一個人的消費。
