My stay here for 4 days was peaceful. All the amenities are nice and convenient. The room is nice and spacious. It has everything I would need. However, I am bothered with the daily housekeeping service. It was convenient that they have kitchen utensils and instant coffee every day. But the utensils were never properly washed during my stay. They either smelled or tasted like what I put in there the day before. It was disgusting. Also they are not changing the bin liners, only picking up trash. So I wonder what else they are not cleaning properly. Front desk are also not very warm and friendly.

This hotel is located about 30 minutes north of central Bangkok by car, assuming there’s no traffic. It’s a convenient option if your activities are centered in this area. The hotel has a good security system, with keycard access required for different levels, which adds a sense of safety. There are also staff on duty at all times, so assistance is readily available if needed. We stayed in an executive room with a king bed. The room layout was excellent—spacious and well-designed, featuring a cozy living area, a kitchen, and a sliding door that separates the bedroom from the living room. However, there were a few downsides. Housekeeping could be improved; they don’t automatically replace floor mats or towels unless requested. Additionally, they provide only one small bottle of shampoo and body wash for two guests, which isn’t sufficient. It would be more appropriate to offer at least two bottles per person. The shower heads also seem quite old and don’t function very well. Despite these minor issues, our stay was overall pleasant. Thank you for the enjoyable experience.

The reception was excellent. I was served by a person named Ice. However, the next day, the cleaners entered my room without knocking on the door and took a long time to leave, even though I was sleeping in the bed. The safe box didn't work; the pre-assigned code couldn't be changed. After this, I had to request the room to be cleaned three times. They didn't change the towels in the shower or the floor mat. They didn't generally clean the room (hair and trash everywhere). I wouldn't recommend staying at that hotel for more than a day. It's close to government offices or convention centers, not for tourists.

I had a great stay at Oakwood Suites Tiwanon in Bangkok! The property is attached to a condo building, giving it a more residential and peaceful vibe. The amenities were excellent, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the free welcome drink which is a nice touch! Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop! The panoramic views of the city skyline were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. Whether you’re enjoying a cocktail at the rooftop bar or taking a dip in the infinity pool, the atmosphere is pure luxury. The ambiance, music, and lighting create the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel’s restaurants also offered a fantastic selection of gourmet dishes, with impeccable service to match. If you’re looking for a 5-star experience with world-class service and a rooftop that will leave you speechless, I highly recommend .Can’t wait to come back!

Overall quite good

I came to Thailand with my mom. It is our first time in here and we wanted to find somewhere that we could easily travel around Bangkok with metro. Even tho it takes time to go tourisic places (at least 1 hour with metro), we are so glad to choose this hotel cause the hotel is so close to metro, 7/11 and away from crazy city crowd. All the hotel staff are so helpful and so warm people. The pool and gym is clean and we enjoyed every morning swimming (they provide pool towel). Room is just amazing. There is washing machine which was life saver cause we brought very little clothes. Kitchen has all metarials that one can use (stove, microwave, big fridge, cups, fork, spoon etc.) Breakfast was delicious too ( maybe a little more options could be better). Also there are two air conditioner and beds are so comfortable. My small critizings are floor cleaning could be done little bit better and room sliper is just so bad. I think for that price this hotel 100/10. We are planing to come back to Thailand and stay at this hotel again.

It’s cheap and the quality is good for the price, location quite far however. I would say that the check in and check out needs work. They won’t take deposit on a credit card only cash, should communicate that beforehand. Housekeeping also broke the door down while I was in the shower 😂 I didn’t hear them because I was in the shower! They didn’t bring anything up about it, very weird, just fixed it while I was out, you think they would apologise for recreating a SWAT team raid.

the hotel reception tried to rippe me off for modifying my checkout date to leave earlier becuase the room was too small it doesn't look like the photos also the stander of the hotel is way below aokwood stander. thanks to trip.com they helped me to get my money balance back from the hotel.

The room is really nice. Microwave, stove, washing machine, big fridge. Awesome. We’re coming back.
