Firstly, I did not get the room I booked and paid for. In addition, I had to put a deposit on the room that we had already paid for. Then she took SEK 270 of the SEK 600 that we left as a deposit for a pillowcase that they claim we took. We put all the bedding and towels on the floor of the room as we always do. So this is really not a hotel I recommend. Have worked in hostels myself and have never blown a customer ever. Will never book there again. / Elisabeth and Mikael Henriksson
