"We have stayed here before with no issues. The hotel is under renovation now, some rooms have been remodelled. We arrived around 7/8 pm on a Sunday night after travelling from Italy with airport delays. The front desk put us in a room adjacent to renovations. We were disturbed from our sleep at 7 am by the renovations literally next door. We went to front desk to ask for a room change and luckily they offered it. This meant we had to pack up and set up again in an upstairs hotel room. The gentleman at the front desk was lovely. However, this hotel has no elevator and no air conditioning. Location was great however we were disappointed that we had the inconvenience of moving rooms which could have been avoided if we were booked away from the renovations when we initially checked in. I do not feel this Hilton lives up to the standard that other Hiltons have."

"We had a fantastic stay, great location for visiting the music festival at Delapre Abbey. The room was spacious and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. The breakfast was an additional charge and not the cheapest but very delicious."

"Nice hotel that we haven’t visited for a few years because of price increases. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Check in good and great staff all round. Only problems were the bed is much smaller than in Holiday Inn Express , the shower had no connection strip to connect panel to bath therefore a flooded floor, also no full length mirror for dressing."

"Stayed here last week whilst in the area. Typical Premier Inn. Clean and tidy room and on a quiet industrial park so was quiet during the night. A Hickory’s smokehouse next door along with another pub/restaurant a couple of hundred yards up the road. A decent overnight stay."

"It was easy to locate, but there was no parking outside the hotel, so I had to park on the services, which was a short walk away. Receptionist Sarah was friendly and polite and explained everything to me. I was working a short distance away from the hotel and Sarah showed me how to access the service road back towards the A5 in the morning rather than have to navigate an unnecessary journey along the motorway which would have easily taken 30.minutes or so. I found my room to be quiet but it was at the rear of the hotel. Easy to access food at the services. Would stay there again."
