"Review I had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure Hotel Northampton. The rooms were modern and the air-conditioning system was effective. There were plenty of towels, along with all the essentials for making tea and coffee and even ironing facilities. The TV was also up to date. Check-out was very easy — you simply drop your key card at reception, which was convenient. The only downside was the parking, as you do have to pay for it separately. Other than that, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

The rooms are ALWAYS clean, well stocked and spacious 4. The staff! Every member of staff is friendly, welcoming and they cannot do enough to help you. Fridah the manager is always a pleasure to see, lovely to chat to and remembers the small details about you. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to stay (apart from when it’s fully booked, and with the service you receive, the hotel is always fully booked, a massive testament to the staff)!"
