great hotel and service, definitely a return choice.

Our second time in this hotel (first time with kid) and was surprised the place has been maintained very very well. We spent a week and was not overly crowded. The beach was nice but the highlight was the pool - amazing place to relax there. Food options unfortunately was not the best in the area.

Really perfect for family!! Although it is very expensive in summer, you will not regret booking! Very nice and fun swimming pools, my kid can spend whole day in the swimming pool. We also joined snorkeling and banana boat at the hotel marine center. Strongly recommend staying for at least 3 days or else you won’t have enough time to use all hotel facilities.

Lovely place for vacation

Poor room hygiene, E.g spider-web, poor tidiness after room cleaning; poor custom service, E.g not helpful, rude attitude when asking information; poor room management, e.g not refilling fridge items even spent for 4 nights which mentioned free of charge at first day; unreasonable service charges, E.g. no explanation for car parking fee upon charge-in, and finally require for payment. Only good point to share is the location and kid-friendly swimming pool.

The hotel is comfortable, nice beach and good pool facilities. The breakfast has enough variation and good quality. For dinner or lunch there are plenty of good options very close outside of the hotel. However, for being a resort almost no services are included in the price and you have to pay for almost anything. For example, at the beach there is no place to seat and if you want a normal chair you need to pay. Similar thing in the outdoor pool with certain types of sunbeds. The access to the indoor pool/gym/onsen is also charged. For the price of the room and the type of hotel, I would expect these kind of services to be already included in the price to make it more convenient for the guest.

Helpful staff, clean space, good environment, delicious food

Excellent hotel.. Beautiful sea side resort and very well maintained. Room size is excellent. Beautiful sun set view from every room. everything is well thought out for travellers down to allowing the guest to check the laundry status via room TV. Gift shop provides all the necessary amenities such as shipping box for packing your shopping. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to Okinawa.

Hotel is clean and the room comes with a beautiful sea view. Indoor pool needs to be paid separately. Service was top notch as well, comes with free parking.

Nice location, fabulous view and foods

Hotel is great , this is the second time I stay here . Room is big with a good view . Except the breakfast not much choice . Next time come will stay here again .

Generally all items are outstanding. Beach view and swimming pools also very good. Fantastic trip.

On their web site, it says all the rooms are sea view. But actually it is not. We were given the third floor which i think it is the lowest floor and i see zero sea. The facilities are great and room itself is great. Just the lower level make it not perfect.
