Had a great and amazing time at Sullivan court, Ooty. The overall experience was good and it did leave us with cherished moments

We stayed in the presidential suite for 2 nights in March 2025. The hotel is on a higher level with a good amount of space surrounding it. There is a nice lawn in the back, a small garden, and open space where they do a bonfire. There is a small children's play area, game room and spa. The area is nice & quiet. All the rooms are in the main building which also has the restaurant, bar and a small counter selling some local art. Hotel lobby is nice with high ceiling. The hotel staff is very helpful. The suite had a fairly large bedroom, with good firm mattress. The living room was big but was cluttered with a lot of old furniture which didn't make sense, and got in the way. The bathroom was rather small but functional. Most of the controls (switches, TV and fan remotes) were non-intuitive, e.g., the light switches were in unexpected places, we had to call for assistance to figure out how the fan and TV remotes worked, etc. But, the good thing is everything mostly worked. The electrical outlets were few and inaccessible, so we had to ask for an extension cord, which they provided after a long time. The restaurant is inadequate for the guests, so it gets crowded and we had to sometimes wait for a table. The bar was not very crowded but service is very slow, and we had to work had to get attention from the staff. Overall, we had a good stay despite some small inconveniences.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this hotel and stayed for 3 nights in March 2025. We were greeted with garlands and a welcome drink. Felcia and her staff decorated our rooms with balloons and a large cake. Exceptional service.

We had the Deluxe room with the hill view. Our check was smooth and we had an early check in as requested . Monica at guest relations welcomed us with garlands and helped with check in. The bed was very comfortable and large enough to fit me , my husband and my 10 year old. The pillows were very comfortable and of different consistency which we loved. The linens were super clean. The room was well stocked. Buffet breakfast is good but you need to be early else there is a wait time. There is complimentary hi- Tea at 5 pm with snacks . The staff are courteous and very obliging. The whole hotel has an old world charm with modern facilities. We will be visiting again.

Fortune Resort Sullivan Court in Ooty is an excellent hotel for Coeliacs to stay at in its price range. On arrival, we spoke to senior staff and explained the need for GF diet for my partner. We had emailed also prior to arrival. From that point on, we can not fault the effort and skill of the staff to provide a perfect stay free of worry. Raja, the chef, was clearly inspired by the challenge of providing gorgeous breakfast and dinner meals. The serving staff were all wonderful. The garden view room we stayed in was very comfortable, well set up and clean. The bar was cozy with attentive staff. The hotel itself is well positioned in Ooty with good service road. We were so impressed that we will certainly stay there if we visit the area again in the future.

An excellent cozy hotel for couples friends n family. Greeted by a friendly front reception Special Mentions for Miss Monika her, recommendations n helpful nature and also efficient Mr Kartik n Dikshit. The Restaurant n Bar were clean and the vegetarian food was excellent and a good spread of food items. Special Mentions : Chef Raj n Sarvanan and an eager smilling serving staff Shri lakshmi &Sharmila. Overall Excellent hotel to be recommended.
