Very Pleasant stay. Place is centrally located - 5 mins away from the bus and train station. Staff are fantastic. Property is a bit old and is decent value for money.

Club Mahindra can never disappoint you. The resort is just like any other Mahindra property, full of greenery and well designed. The restaurant here is one of the best in Ooty. The location is awesome as it’s right in front of derby ground. So if you are lucky and it’s a race day you can witness it tight from the resort garden like we did. Do take the ebike tour( long one) its better than any sightseeing in the city and you wouldn’t need to do any sight seeing, our guide was Akshay and he is amazing, has a lot of knowledge about each place.

Ebike tour in derby green is always a cherished trip . An excellent adventurous trip to see historical places and lovely ride to know more about ooty.. This Wonderful ebike tour experience pushes us to visit ooty repeatedly.. Akshai was very friendly, supportive and understanding... He is an amazing photographer also.. A serene resort to blend with nature , excellent maintenance , and Staff pampered us with good food and service. Akshai from holiday activities took us on Ebike trip, it was a lifetime experience and he is an amazing photographer giving us wonderful memories.

Our stay at Club Mahindra has always been pleasant & so was our stay at Derby Green. The courtesy for the same goes to the ***agement & the resort staff. We stayed in HUK room which was quite spacious to accommodate family of 3. Housekeeping was up to the mark. We throughly enjoyed the bonfire in chilled evenings which was there for all 3 nights of our stay & the evening activities hosted by Mr.Shumik & his colleague ( from travel desk). The food spread for jain food could have been better. The most memorable experience of our stay here was the e-bike tour by tour guide Mr.Akshay. He was so well versed with history of Ooty that even 3 hours of tour were not enough to know about this Queen of Hills - Ooty. He took us to heritage sites & gave brief history at every site & clicked lovely shots too. We would have missed something if we had not opted for it. What we experienced is something which will always remain close to our heart. Thanks Akshay for this memorable experience. Don't miss to book ebike ride during your stay at Derby Green.

The reset is good, a bit of maintainence needs to be better. Restaurant has a decent buffet. Chef Natrajan, Murali, Kalai, Ganesh and Rajan from restaurant were very eager to help us listening attentively and made our meals special. The resort being inside the city has some noise disturbances. Room service is slightly slow and takes more time time then expected to resolve issues if any.

Stayed as a member between 17/3 and 19/3/24.Booked 2 rooms and my special thanks to front office ***agers for alloting balcony rooms 1030 and 31.This was my third visit and overall quality has been consistantly maintained.The balcony rooms have the best views of the garden and town below.Rooms r spacious well lit and clean.Both modern inside but maintaining the quaint British touch outside as a heritage property..Kitchenette is cramped without a sink to wash dishes for reuse.But good quality microwave and utensils r given.Gardens r well maintained even as rest of ooty was dry in March with minimal flowers and grasslands.Was a bit surprised at the restaurant where I found a big lacunae interms of experienced staff and chef.Though the inexperienced younsters did maintain courtesy,service and quality of food needs improvement.Usually leading CM resorts have great food and restaurant service. House keeping was excellent prompt and friendly.Situated in the heart of ooty town easy accessibility to all tourist spots is a plus point.Overall an excellent place to stay and relax

Excellent place, location, rooms, service, staff, food....especially Mr. Anbu the ***ager there & Mr. Akshay who conducted e-cycling for the guest. His service was excellent & beyond. He seems to know every corner of ooty & has lot of knowledge about the local things too.
