"Me and my wife, both senior citizens, stayed in The Byke Sunshine Grand, Ooty from 16th to 19th April, 2025.
Our stay was excellent and will be remembered in our memory for years to come. The staff and management was very cooperative and courteous and they solved any problem put to them, to our full satisfaction, smilingly. The food was very tasty. They observed utmost cleanliness not only in the restaurant but in the entire hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal. We would like to stay there again."
