Good- The hospitality and standards of taj were very well maintained. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!! Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense. The individual rooms are much better

Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

Very Pleasant stay. Place is centrally located - 5 mins away from the bus and train station. Staff are fantastic. Property is a bit old and is decent value for money.

property's location is very good, 10 minutes walking distance from ooty bus stand and railway station. If you order food, they serve it. so It is very good arrangement such as hill station. Room as well as washroom both are clean. Hot and normal drinking water available all day and night through a purifier machine. Room service is also good . so I can say it is very satisfying stay in this property.
