Both the front desk and room service are warm and thoughtful, providing afternoon tea and warm midnight snacks. I had a birthday and was given a birthday cake. The hotel front desk wjl was very enthusiastic, the service attitude was great, the sanitation was very clean, the access was very convenient, the parking was free, and the overall comfort was very good. I recommend it.

I have to say that the service in this hotel is really good. As soon as you enter the lobby, the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They will pour you tea and hot towels. If you have any needs, just tell the front desk and they will do their best to solve them for you. They are very considerate. The service is really amazing. The whole house is equipped with smart devices, the room is very clean and tidy, there is a large parking lot, parking is very convenient, and there is a guy to help with luggage. The hotel also provides breakfast and afternoon tea, as well as supper in the evening. There are rich varieties, all kinds of Inner Mongolia specialties, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I especially praise the parking lot service, which is very good, parking is very convenient, and the geographical location is particularly advantageous. It is very close to Wanda shopping malls in the city center, and shopping is very convenient.

During my recent stay in Ordos City, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its prime location; it is situated near popular attractions such as Wanda Plaza, the zoo, and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop located directly in front of the hotel makes it easy to explore the city. The comfort of the accommodations was a mixed experience, however. While the quilt provided was soft and cozy, its thickness made it uncomfortable when the air conditioning was turned off. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit itself left much to be desired. It produced a loud, typhoon-like noise, and I found that it didn’t effectively cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Despite the issues with the air conditioning, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ordos City. Its cleanliness, roominess, and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers.

The lady who checked me in was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. Tea was served as soon as I came in. The breakfast was also rich. The room was very large and the location was also very good. Wanzheng was in front. The price/performance ratio was also very high. The parking lot was also large. It was a very good choice

This hotel is nice, with novel decoration. There is a kitchenette and refrigerator in the room, which makes it feel like going home. The parking space is at the door and there are many parking spaces. Breakfast is simple but filling. The only drawback is that there was someone singing karaoke in the middle of the night.

The hotel is clean & tidy. Breakfast is good with the right variety. Concierge was very helpful. They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.
