前台服務效率很高 ，王管家每次送我到房間，介紹的方方面面，很詳細，一進大廳聞到香薰，心情都變好了，下午茶很不錯，談事情也方便，現切的水果，還幫忙拿行李 ，禮賓也很負責，挺辛苦的，房間打掃的很乾凈，客房阿姨還幫忙洗衣服，主要是離市中心近，出行方便，退房的時候還有一瓶熱水，很暖心，早

體驗特別好的酒店，門口停車就會有管家指引，開門，幫忙拿行李，服務特別周到，熱情，辦理入住服務也特別好，小細節（身份證會給你新的身份證套，給你裝好）送的下午茶也很棒，咖啡，茶，小蛋糕，水果，乾果都有，房間設施特別棒，房間全智能體驗特別好，酒店你能看到的地方都有自取瓶裝水，房間裏會有小冰箱，飲料和水也都是免費的。最後，特別感謝王管家和前台美女的熱情服務，下次再來內蒙還會入住！

房間衞生好，裝修裝飾現代化，智能馬桶衹在中高檔酒店裡才有，有歡迎水果，還有免費的水到處可以取用，很人性化，最重要一點就是客服態度非常好，進門出門都是體貼入微服務，五星級也就是這樣了

房間住的特別滿意，而且特別乾淨，主要是他們的服務特別好，然後還天氣冷，準備了這些小物品都是免費的，下午茶這些小點心小蛋糕還有乾果，這些都特別新鮮，特別好吃，嗯，而且門口還有停車場，特別方便！交通特別便利，客房大姐還幫忙洗衣服，王管家和劉接待服務特別棒

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，還有王管家送到房間，介紹的很詳細，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，很不錯！早餐都是內蒙特色，燒賣啥的都有還挺好吃，客房阿姨還給送的薑茶啥的， 小吃，周圍離市中心近，附近都是各種小吃，下次來鄂爾多斯還來你家！

精緻下午茶:現，進門就有吧枱美女歡迎聲，倒茶水搽手熱巾卷，更詫異的是美女居然趁電梯送到客房門口，驚艷到了！房間洗浴，洗漱，衞生間三區分開的，太方便了，這是除達州酒店外又一家貼心的設計酒店，但是服務要好的太多了。早餐必須要説一下，內蒙古特色的餐食，在這個不大的餐廳裏都有了：手把肉，羊雜湯，奶茶，牛肉餅，豪華版的燒麥，咖啡，牛奶，水果，中、西、蒙餐，精而全。入住這個酒店早餐超值！服務細緻入微（身份證給套皮殼），以後到內蒙古，雲頤自在酒店首選！推薦，推薦
