Odaya ilk girdiğimde çok havasız ve kötü kokuyordu, ciddi bir nem ve ayak kokusu vardı, yaklaşık 1 saat havalandırmak durumunda kaldım. Ayrıca odaya kahvaltı hizmeti var sanmıştım, en azından konaklama paketime dahildi ama bu hizmet yokmuş çünkü gelmedi.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü bizlere her konuda destek oldular. İlgi ve alakalarından dolayı çalışan resepsiyon görevlileri ve kat görevlilerine teşekkür ederim. Denize konumu sıfır olan istediğin an plaja girebileceğiniz kesinlikle memnun kalacağınız güzel bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. İyi günler dilerim.

Kesinlikle Karadeniz Sahilde tek geçerim Ordu Hilton Oteli,personel olarak,temizlik olarak her zaman memnun kaldığım 10 yıldır kaldığım bir oteldir,fikrim hiç değişmedi.Teşekkürler Ordu Hilton personeli.
