The service is nice and the reception is always trying to provide us good service when we needed. The shuttle service is good. I worried a little before I checked in when reading the reviews about it, but it was better than expected. We took the shuttle everyday and we could always got it. Sometimes the buses came later, but only few minutes difference. The improvement could be made is the instruction for the shuttle service could be clearer. It is difficult to find the right pick-spot in Disney Spring. The room is old but other facilities are nice. The location is nice, very close to restaurants.

Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort is a convenient and budget-friendly option for those visiting Walt Disney World (WDW) and Disney Springs. The resort offers easy transportation to the parks and shopping areas, making it a great choice for those who prioritize accessibility. However, compared to Disney hotels in Asia, especially Hong Kong Disneyland, this resort lacks some comfort and amenities. The rooms do not provide slippers, complimentary bottled water, or laundry bags, so guests need to buy water or rely on tap water. Additionally, there are no special in-hotel activities like character meet-and-greets, which are more common in Asian Disney hotels. On the plus side, the lobby is well-equipped and welcoming, with friendly staff, a game room, and a food court available all day. While it may not offer the same immersive Disney hotel experience as some other resorts, it is still a practical and enjoyable place to stay for those who want to focus on exploring the parks.

Great location for Epcot. So easy to get there and felt very safe. Loved the food at the hotel restaurant. Fun in the pool very relaxing

Vicinity of my daughter and granddaughter. Room was OK, a little musty smell in halls and room but lowering air conditioning helped to eliminate. Bed was comfortable and lots of soft pillows. If you're there to watch TV...don't go there. The television is about the size of a computer monitor, although they have lots of channels. Did not use any other amenities but would stay again.

Very nice modern clean room with microwave, fridge, nice modern bathroom but low toilet flushing pressure it clogged but was unclogged after they gave us plunger. Breakfast was okay had bacon, eggs, bread, yogurt, milk, cereal, juices. Breakfast was included with room .they have little gym,

Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high. The Swan and the Dolphin are hotels belonging to the same group. There is a connecting passage between the two hotels. The water bus is also located in the passage between the two hotels. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful. There is a view everywhere when you walk in. The two hotels have their own cafes. It is more than enough to buy coffee, breakfast and mineral water. The good thing about the hotel is that as long as you do housekeeping, you will be given two bottles of mineral water, which is quite considerate. However, the breakfast in the restaurant is really not good. The coffee and food taste are not very good, not as good as the cafe next to the lobby. Check in and check out are very fast. There is no room like some guests said, waiting for a long time. I checked in and checked out very quickly. I checked in at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. There were staff there and they were very efficient. When checking in, you will leave your credit card information, and then 100 US dollars will be deducted every day at the same time when you check in later. It will be charged according to your check-in time, the resort tax to be paid, and the consumption in the hotel. When you check out, it will be deducted according to the actual consumption. Disney tickets can be purchased at the ticket center in the hotel lobby, which is very convenient.

This hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

Perfect location, lots to do at hotel. Free breakfast, supper and 3 free drinks can't beat it. Walking distance to Disney Springs, shuttle to parks. Clean room, lots of towels, fridge, microwave & giant pool with hot tub. Felt like I was at a resort in the Caribbean. Will definitely be back.

The room is spacious and clean. Towels are cleaned every day and bottled water is replenished. There are no slippers and toothbrushes, but I brought my own. The swimming pool looks good. The deposit of 100 yuan and tax requires a credit card. The front desk service is very good and the breakfast is full. .

Clean and tidy, warm service at the front desk, fast WiFi, free ice lemonade in the lobby, etc., in line with the four-star expectations. There is a shuttle bus to each park every hour. It was a bit difficult to find the shuttle bus location when returning. There was no prompt or destination display, so I had to ask. It would be better if there was a sign or electronic screen display. The hotel should be equipped with a park map so that tourists can plan their strategy in advance.
