When I first checked in, there was no floor map, and I thought it was normal until the cleaner make the room and furnish the floor mat. Furthermore, the toilet bowl was dirty, I have to further clean it with an alcohol wipe. Also, it seems like the room I was checked in to was weird. There was weird sound from the electronics, and I tend to wake up during midnight when I was a deep sleeper. There was once that the aircon went haywire at 3am and it was kind of scary. Other than these, the staff was helpful and helped me to write the delivery paper.
Below image is a photo of how the toilet bowl was not clean. There was also hair in the bathroom and I have to wipe it myself.

Very good. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Japan in the future. The environment is good, clean, the service is good, and check-in and check-out are very convenient.

The room is fully functional, but it is very noisy because it is close to the road. I didn't sleep well after staying for 3 days. I hope to add some earplugs for guests. The front desk service is cold and there is no experience

The room was OK, but close to the viaduct, the harsh noise kept coming at night, no one was serving the hotel, no service at all! The price was a bit high, an average of 450 yuan per night!

The accommodation is about a 10-minute walk from Nagahoribashi Station. It takes about 15 minutes from Shinsaibashi.
Cleaning is done once every 3 nights. I stayed for 4 nights, so they did it once on the 3rd day. You can take the towels below or ask for them. There are also pajamas. Oh, they didn't give me water again on the 3rd night. I don't know if hotels usually don't give it out.
The accommodation wasn't bad for 3 people, but you can hear the highway or the train right next door. It's so noisy.
And lastly, the bathroom is too small. It's not bad value for money when compared to other places, but I don't recommend it to anyone who can't sleep well because of the noise.
