"Travelling with a big group, front desk saw that we are of big group they assisted to help with the check in. Room is clean, though rather small. Can open 2 medium luggage. Front desk at level9, surrounding are shopping malls, opposite is drug stores. Metro stations are all walking distance. Worth staying here, will revisit."

"Room was clean and tidy, but smelled a little of cigarettes. Location was great, couple of convenience stores nearby and there was a supermarket right beside us. Hotel even provides free alcohol and ramen everyday. 👍"

"Stayed here for three nights to catch a concert in Osaka. As expected for bustling areas in Japanese cities like Osaka and Tokyo, the rooms are on the smaller side, typical Japanese compact rooms. However, they were very clean and comfortable. Check-in was self-service, and toiletries could be picked up in the lobby. The location is super convenient: turn right outside and it's a short walk to the airport bus stop; turn left at the intersection and you'll find the pick-up point for day tours. Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are directly across from the hotel, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby."

"Facilities: The twin room was quite standard. While not overly spacious, it had all the essential amenities: a fridge, safe, wardrobe, etc. Cleanliness: I found it to be very clean. I checked the bedding carefully, and it all seemed freshly changed with no stains. Staff cleaned the room daily without needing any special instructions or reminders, typically between 10 AM and 2 PM. I was very pleased with this! ✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧ Environment: Satisfied! I was assigned a high-floor room, which wasn't very noisy, and it was quiet during the day. Since it's close to Shinsaibashi, there are quite a few nightclubs nearby, so there was some ambient noise at night, but it was negligible, and I slept well. (On some nights during my stay, I could hear ambulances, which might be related to the surrounding businesses.) For shopping, this location is incredibly convenient; Shinsaibashi and Namba are just a short walk away. The night views nearby are also quite unique, and I occasionally saw other foreigners jogging in the mornings. Service: Both check-in and check-out were handled meticulously and politely. You could tell there's a standardized process in place. Very satisfactory. Overall, 5-star rating! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Osaka."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location! It's the first hotel right outside the subway station, incredibly close and convenient to Universal Studios. There's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store downstairs, and direct shuttle buses to the airport are available. The front desk also provides amenities for children, such as slippers, toothbrushes, and pajamas. Compared to hotels in Umeda, it offers much better value for money; for the same price, this hotel feels significantly more spacious and cleaner. I would definitely stay here again! However, the service was quite subpar, almost non-existent. Both luggage storage and check-out are self-service. Housekeeping started ringing our doorbell to clean at 9 AM, then again at 10 AM, which felt very rushed and intrusive. Additionally, during check-in, absolutely no information was provided; it was just a quick, impersonal process."

"I think it's great! The location is super convenient. You can take the Haruka Limited Express from Kansai Airport directly to the hotel, and it's also a direct ride to Shinsaibashi, Tennoji, and Kyoto. What I loved most is that after visiting different attractions, the hotel is right there – no need to even go outside, as it's directly connected to Osaka Station. Downstairs, there's a Don Quijote, and nearby you'll find Lucua, Hankyu, and Daimaru department stores. There's a 7-Eleven right on the ground floor, and the station itself has plenty of fast-food options. We tried many places and didn't have a single bad meal; we just picked places randomly. Since we had a child, we couldn't go to restaurants we'd planned, as kids get hungry waiting too long. Eating downstairs was so easy. The conveyor belt sushi, udon, and a grilled beef set meal place were all excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. There are also vending machines and smoking rooms on every floor. I found it incredibly convenient, and my child enjoyed the stay. The room wasn't particularly small and had enough space for luggage. The amenities were also perfectly fine. "The hotel's location is excellent, tucked away in a small alley, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. It's right next to the highway, which makes it super convenient for private car tours to nearby cities. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs and an Aeon supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, making breakfast incredibly easy. The front desk staff are very welcoming and offer Chinese-language service. Every evening from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, they even serve complimentary ramen, and it's quite delicious! From afternoon to evening, they also have free chocolate and vanilla ice cream, which is rich and absolutely yummy! The lobby has complimentary massage chairs, perfect for a relaxing knead. The room itself is quite spacious; I had no problem opening up my 26-inch suitcase. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Osaka."

"The hotel lobby is quite grand, very much in the classic Hotel Monterey style. It was a slight disappointment that the small castle next door wasn't open to the public, especially since the Nishi-Umeda branch I stayed at last year allowed visitors. However, the hotel's location is absolutely superb – just a 5-minute walk to the JR station and with convenient Kansai Airport bus access, which was the main reason I chose it. Another pleasant surprise was the stunning night view from the room; you won't even need to go to places like Umeda Sky Building for a view! Overall, it's a fantastic stay, though it is a bit on the pricey side."

"Check-in is located on the second floor. Upon exiting the subway, there were no clear signs, which led us to wander around the ground floor lobby with our luggage. We even stepped outside, only to look up, recognize the hotel from its photos, and re-enter. It was only after checking Ctrip reviews that we discovered check-in required an elevator ride to the second floor. The front desk staff were very helpful, and their English was very fluent and standard. They also offered information leaflets in Chinese. Our twin room was quite spacious for a hotel. The location is fantastic, directly opposite two large shopping centers. Complimentary daily housekeeping is provided, and for just over 1000 per night, I thought it offered good value."

"To the left of the hotel, there's a supermarket, a McDonald's (with power outlets), and four subway lines, making it super convenient to get to Universal Studios and Shinsaibashi shopping street. P.S. The plum rice balls at the nearby supermarket are amazing!"
