"Size is pretty good for the location. You still can open your luggage and store them under the bed. There’s a bus stop 200m from the hotel that has direct service to Kansai International Airport. 5mins walking to Dotonburi, Family Mart, Lawson and 7Eleven at your doorstep. Highly recommended"

"Location: The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the west exit of JR Osaka Station and directly connected to the second floor of the Kitte shopping mall. This makes getting around and dining very convenient. The Kitte mall has many great food options on floors 3-5, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Lucca and Lucca 1100. Room and Breakfast: I booked a corner room, which had decent space, great natural light, and a nice view. The breakfast toast was also quite tasty. Overall, the price was pretty good for what you get. Cons: After staying two nights, I discovered the biggest drawback: the air conditioning was incredibly noisy. At first, I thought the rumbling was external train vibrations, and it was so loud I had to wear noise-canceling headphones. Eventually, I realized it was the AC! I've never heard an AC unit that loud before, and I hope they can improve it."

"This was my first trip abroad, and I chose Japan as my destination. I can confidently say that Tokyu Stay was satisfying in every aspect. First, the hotel's location is excellent, situated between Honmachi and Sakaisuji-Hommachi stations, both just a short walk away. Across from the hotel, there are chain restaurants like Matsuya, Sukiya, Gyoza no Ohsho, and Torikizoku, as well as several convenience stores nearby, fully meeting daily needs. Getting to places like Shinsaibashi, USJ, Umeda, and Osaka Castle from the hotel is also incredibly convenient. Second, the hotel's interior facilities are very comprehensive. Although the room isn't huge, it's clear that the hotel put effort into its decor and amenities. Smart TVs, Sharp washing machines, Daikin air conditioners, and REFA hairdryers all showcase Japanese quality. The refrigerator and microwave were very practical; we could heat up bentos bought the day before. Third, the hotel's service was very thoughtful. Since we arrived before check-in time, we left our luggage at the front desk. When we returned later, we were informed that our luggage had already been delivered to our room, which was a very considerate touch. All in all, my stay at Tokyu Stay was very satisfying, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Japan."

"Excellent value for money! The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, very close to Nihonbashi subway station and the Dotonbori-Shinsaibashi pedestrian street. The staff are friendly and welcoming! Breakfast offers a great variety. The room's decor and layout are aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities you could need are provided!"

"First off, the hotel's location is unbeatable. Downstairs, you'll find Yodobashi Camera, Uniqlo, GU, and various restaurants, plus a supermarket and Sugi Pharmacy in the basement. Osaka Station and Umeda Subway Station are right outside, making it incredibly convenient to get to Universal Studios Japan, Kyoto, Nara, Nagoya, and Kobe. The area is surrounded by numerous department stores like Hankyu, Hanshin, Daimaru, and Lucua, so it definitely meets all your shopping needs. For location and transport convenience, it gets a perfect score. However, the hotel rooms are quite small, especially the triple rooms, which are essentially double rooms with an extra bed. The problem is, the price for a triple room is almost double that of a double. The room cleaning isn't very thorough; stains on the sheets aren't changed, and once the cleaning window passes, they won't come back. Breakfast is monotonous with limited variety, and the same items are repeated almost daily. The quality and taste of the bread, in particular, are worse than what you'd find at a convenience store. For a hotel of this star rating that charges a premium, these issues should really be addressed. It simply doesn't justify the 2700 yen per night price for a triple room (including breakfast)."

"If your Japanese isn't great but you're looking for excellent, value-for-money hotel service, then this is the place for you. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful; once they realize you're a foreign guest, they'll communicate with you in fluent English to ensure quick and convenient service. I didn't opt for breakfast here (there are plenty of cafes and eateries right next door, as it's Shinsaibashi after all, plus the hotel itself offers afternoon tea), so I can't comment on that. The lobby is beautifully decorated in a classic, European style. Good news – it's right next to a subway station. However, depending on the specific exit you need or if you're carrying luggage, you might still have a bit of a walk to certain lines or the street level. Let's talk about the room itself. First off, there's air conditioning, which is a big plus as it ensures consistent temperature control, preventing any hot or cold spots. Secondly, there's no smart card system for electricity, so remember to turn off your appliances when you leave the room. What really deserves praise are the beds. While the facilities might feel a little dated, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable, easily making up for any minor shortcomings in the details of the room. All in all, if you're tired from exploring Shinsaibashi, this hotel is a great option. And don't forget to check out the underground shopping arcade at the subway station – it's also worth a stroll!"

"Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping street and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The bed is comfortable and spacious. I specifically booked this room with a washer so that I could wash my clothes anytime from my room. Absolutely worth it and highly recommended."
