Great trip overall, stayed here and amenities and breakfast was provided. Air-conditioning was new and was really cute!

This hotel is not bad and also looks new. The downside is they don’t have laundromat. However there is a l laundry shop nearby 
Even though the front desk doesn’t really speak English, but they are really nice with the positive attitude unlike the Via Inn hotel near shinsaibashi
I will come again next time.

We have a pleasant stay with my son at Crystal hotel II.The room was clean but bit small and there’s no enough room for the luggage. Reception is nice but there’s a guy (staff) that is not accomodating. Overall , we love the place. Be back again.
