Amazing
GGuest UserAbsolutely incredible experience. The public bath and amenities was a wonder after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and spacious, all areas were clean. The staff were impossible to fault as they were polite and thoughtful on every opportunity. For the price of a hostel room this is service for a higher end hotel.

GGrogu on the roadYesterda I stayed at Ace Capsule Hostel in Osaka, and it was a fantastic experience for anyone looking to try capsule-style accommodation, very good. First and foremost, the entire place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The capsule beds themselves were surprisingly comfortable, providing a cozy, private space that made it easy to get a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. What really stood out to me were the excellent amenities. The hostel truly thinks of everything to make your stay hassle-free. A major bonus was that they provide both a small towel and a big towel for guests, which is incredibly convenient and saved me from having to pack my own. The shower facilities and common areas were also spotless and fully stocked. Between the comfort, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful perks, this hostel offers incredible value for budget travelers and solo backpackers in Osaka. The location was perfect ! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and classic Japanese capsule experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!

GGuest Userthe room is ok, the location is reallly great as its directly connected to modosuji namba station, and so so close to dotonburi area! The public bath and spa is also great, it opens till 3am so can use right after your walk! Though it cant be locked, and only can close it with somwthing like 'magnet curtain', i tend to put my luggage at front counter before i went out. The rules are strict as there is literal no noise cancellation, eg, no phone call, no alarm in room. Yet there are tons of free amennities like earplug, razor, combs, even nosestrips for sleeping, which is really great! Overall great experience if you trust the safetiness and prefer quiet nights.

DDarinDarwishThis was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. Let’s start with the positive aspects first: The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy. Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated. Now, onto the things that bothered me: First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant. During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while. That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well. Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic. Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm. One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside. I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

GGuest UserSuper modern hostel, absolutely recommend it for solo female travelers! The shower area was also really cool; you sit on a stool to shower, and there aren't any individual stalls. It was pretty empty during my stay, so after showering, you could just hop into the hot spring. The temperature was perfect and super relaxing.

AAndrei SmirnovEverything is fine exept the thinnest and hardest pillow I've ever seen in my life. A bit old amenities add a touch of true charm to here. They speak a bit English. The only unpleasant point was my communcation about the locker key I couldn't find in the morning. They immediately asked me to pay 7.000 yen as for lost item, not even suggesting to wait for it to be found by staff or guests, as I hadn't left the premises. Of course, the key was found by someone very soon.

KKukudefeiniaoThis hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...

GGuest UserI had a really great time here at Casa G.S. Everything was way beyond my expectations. In terms of location, it took me only 5 mins on foot to reach Osakako train station, Chuo Line. With your luggage, you may chose to walk up stairs or take an elevator to and down the train station. You can also visit the nearby shopping mall (Tempozan Market Place) which is located near a beautiful bay, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyuka, and a big ferris wheel. A local bus stop is around 3 minutes away. Tax-free shops, Japanese restaurants, convenience stores (Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart) can easily be reached in the area. For room condition, fortunately I believe the place has been renovated for less than one year, so everything is very nice and clean. I stayed with my parents for 4 nights. The beds were hygienic and comfortable which was a plus to when you were exhausted after long walking days. It has all the necessities you can ever think of such as refrigerator, power socket, adapter, air-con, wet wipes and amenities. The check-in/out, door-lock, and entry systems require no staff or any unlocking devices/tools to pass which were very convenient and secure. An elevator is in place. This is crucial! The lobby has a luggage storage area (free of charge) and a pantry where you can borrow or use necessary kitchenware. Its bathroom may not be that spacious, but very clean and good enough for a short stay. For those considering this place and making decisions, I do highly recommend with this reasonable price offered. คนไทยที่กำลังตัดสินใจอยู่ บอกเลยที่นี่นอนสบายมากครับ เตียงนุ่ม สะดวกและคุ้มค่ามากครับ ประทับใจสุดๆ

RRoserongyuThe location is very convenient, right in front of Zoo-mae Station and within walking distance to Tennoji. The room was very simple, just a tatami mat. My room had ventilation, but the heater wasn't working, so the room was quite cold. The restroom was shared by both genders, and there was only one... The shower situation was the most inconvenient. Women could only use the bathroom for one hour, from 9-10 PM. Because there are more male guests, men had a longer shower time (5-9 PM).
