"Had a great experience! It was really convenient to have the toilet and shower separate. There was absolutely no strange odor in either the room or the bathroom. The entryway light even turned on automatically, so you're not fumbling in the dark when you walk in. What's more, there's a washing machine! With the hot weather, clothes get sweaty after just one day, so being able to wash them anytime was super convenient!! The room and bedding were very clean. The only thing was quite a few stains on the floor, but I assume those are just accumulated marks from previous guests that are difficult to remove. As for the location, I personally found it excellent. Right outside the station, there's a huge supermarket. If you're trying to save money, you can buy dinner there and heat it up back in your room. The fridge is also a standard size for one person, with plenty of space for drinks. I hope I'll have the chance to stay here again next time. Thank you for your hospitality."

"⚠️ Important: This hotel does NOT offer luggage storage! This was honestly one of the most unfriendly experiences I’ve had in Japan. ✅ The room is very clean and suitable for a solo traveler ✅ Quiet environment ❌ Staff are unfriendly I arrived quite late on my first day, and the hotel is located near Osaka train station. If you’re carrying luggage, be prepared for about a 20-minute walk, which is not easy at all. Upon arrival, I was told that my room was not in the main building, and I had to walk further to another building.The room itself was clean and quiet. It’s small, but acceptable for a solo traveler. Soundproofing is decent, However, the biggest issue is the complete lack of hospitality. They are extremely strict with rules in a way that feels cold and unaccommodating. For example, I arrived just 3 minutes late for breakfast (8.45am) and was denied entry without any flexibility. And the breakfast isn’t worth the price! (Highly recommend just go 7-11 get brekkie, instead of paying such food for ard JPY 2,200. Check-out is also very strict — you must leave before 11:00 AM. The process is done by machine, and it clearly states that you will be charged if you exceed the time. What I find completely unacceptable is that this hotel — not an Airbnb — does NOT allow luggage storage. They claimed the lobby space was full and refused multiple guests who wanted to store their luggage. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel. On top of that, the staff were consistently unfriendly. Both during check-in and check-out, the service felt cold and unwelcoming, which really ruined the overall experience. The stay itself could have been fine, but the staff attitude and lack of basic hospitality made me not want to return."

"Good amenities and fair price, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement. I stayed here for a week with my partner. The room was small for two people but manageable, and the bathroom was clean with good amenities. The main issue was housekeeping — they only came once, leaving us with piles of garbage and lots of dust, which was tough since I have allergies. The AC made a loud noise every 10 minutes when on, though the microwave was handy for quick meals. A big plus was the luggage storage — very useful since we arrived before the 3 PM check-in and left after the 11 AM check-out. For the price, it was acceptable, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement."

"Good, inexpensive room. Convenient city center location, Namba station is within walking distance. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything needed for a stay."
