We always travel to Osaka and stay at Hilton Osaka hotel. Always be our best moment here.

地理位置perfect! Can go to different shopping mall directly. The hotel is clean and tidy.

The room is clean and we like the design (with Japanese style window). We enjoy the breakfast very much. The hotel is next to the big train station, so it is convenient to get subway / trains and some shopping.

This was my second stay at the Hilton Osaka so I was familiar with the property, location and services. The location is fantastically convenient, within a couple of minutes walking distance of JR Osaka Station, various subway lines and major department stores and malls in Umeda. The hotel itself is fine, a fairly generic luxury hotel property and the rooms have all the modern conveniences you would expect. However, this time round we encountered a number of service failures due to the hotel staff seemingly struggling to cope with the much higher than normal volume of guests due to the combined effect of golden weeks in Japan and greater China. We had a couple of problems with the front desk staff and the breakfast restaurant was packed with long queues from 7.45am onwards. We will not choose this hotel again

Very nice hotel.

The hilton hotel is very conveniently located. It is closely located to the main train station and a number of shopping malls, all connected underground . There are a lot of restautants within walking distance to choose from for meals. A lot of shops and big department stores in the viccinty for shopping. Will visit again. Although they have mistakenly taken my pyjamas from my closet as it was hung together with the hotel robe, they tried their best to locate it before my departure on the next day ( I was told it was retrived from the laundry area ) and offered compensations such as free breakfast ( which I have not taken as I would prefer to spend my last morning in Osaka on exploring the surroundings)

Great hotel and the room very spacious. Hotel is very central and exactly opposite of the main train station.

A Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was so comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is perfect – close to local attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water bottles.

Best location and nice place to stay in Osaka. Very convenient to go to airport as well. However the breakfast place was total mess…. But the food was alright.

The hotel was nice and pleasant in a very prime location, the breakfast was full of choices with great coffee. Would hope to visit again and enjoy the good services again.

The hotel is located at central Osaka Station area, is easy to go everywhere from the hotel. The room has a decent size but some facilities are quite old. Swimming pool is not the cleanest I’ve seen for Hilton ones.

close to JR station, room size small, hotel service excellent. convenience to goto Airport by shuttle bus.
