very bad and layer hotel. bad experiance... this hotel not accept my booking from trip.com. i make double payment with the same room and same date 16-17 march 23' i give any evidence to trip.com but they cant solve this problem. and my money is gone. so sory... this is my first time give 1 start for review. for any experiance in online booking. very very bad experiance.

It’s a great place to stay visiting the holy city of Makkah on a low budget.

The facilities are a bit old, but they are very clean. The service is warm and thoughtful. It's not far from the city center, it's quiet, and the surrounding service facilities are complete. I will choose it next time I come back and recommend it to my friends.

Its only advantage is that it is close to the Haram, approximately 10 minutes walk Everything else is very bad in this hotel The bathrooms are unclean and very old, and water leaks from everywhere The apartment's furnishings are very worn out and the wardrobe does not close The only thing that works well is the air conditioner and the refrigerator. Other than that, even the electrical appliances are broken

Staffs are super friendly, but the property is super dirty, making business because of its location. Surprised ******* recommended such hotels.

Avoid this place if you’re concerned about the hygiene!!! Property is located in a reasonable walking distance (~15 minutes) from the Kaaba/Masjid-ul-Haram. As for the hygiene, it was my worst experience ever. I’ve traveled to many different countries, but I’ve never experienced such a dirty accommodation. I don’t think they have ever washed the curtains which smell like poop since they have built the hotel. Windows can’t be open as they’ve placed air conditioning in all windows. I’ve tried to open a window and found ~3-5kg guano (birds poop). I’ve made a video and showed to the receptionist. They gave me another room, but with the same situation. I couldn’t stay their as I was afraid of getting sick. So changed the hotel.

Nice hotel close to al Haram. Only 10 mins walking distance. Rooms were ok. Bed was hard rock and it was perfect for my back.
