Was a great hotel, bed was small but everything else was amazing. People so nice, close to train.

This is the accommodation I use every time I stay in Japan. It is located next to a large river, so it is good for taking a walk in the evening, and it is also close to Umeda Station, so it is easy to access. The accommodation is very clean, and the bathtub is also good to use. If you use a nearby restaurant or cafe, there is a bicycle rental service, so make good use of it.

The room is quite big in Japan. There is a Chinese-speaking person at the front desk. It is not far from Sakuranomiya JR Station.

I arrived at Sakura Hotel with a nervous mood, but a single hello immediately put half of my worries to rest. Then the front desk staff introduced the hotel in a gentle and polite manner. I met three Chinese girls at the front desk. They were great and did their best to answer every question I asked. The hotel is not big, but it is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The hotel is relatively close to Osaka Castle Park and can be reached on foot by young people with sufficient physical strength. There is a riverside park on the west side of the hotel where you can jog. There is a Don Quijote supermarket about 500 meters south of the hotel. To the north there is a subway and restaurants. It completely met my needs. Next time in Osaka, I will choose this place again. Chinese friends who are worried about language barriers can place orders with confidence.

The room was OK. The conditions were pretty good for the price near Sakuranomiya. The front desk staff all spoke Chinese, so communication was relatively easy. The sanitary environment was very good. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel is right by the river. Sakuranomiya Shrine is just outside the door. Osaka Castle is also very close. It is very nice to take a walk to see the night view after dinner.

I always use this hotel when I come to Sakuranomiya. The bath and toilet are separate, so I can relax. I will use it again when I come.

It is convenient because there is welcome tea, water purifier, and coffee machine on the first floor. It was a twin bed room with a sofa, and it was spacious and nice. The staff was friendly, and if I didn't clean it, they would bring a bunch of stuff to the door. It's close to Sakuranomiya Station, and there's a 7-Eleven and an Indian curry restaurant just a short distance away.

Overall good stay experience/high value for money. It only takes six minutes to walk from Sakuranomiya Station to the hotel. There are few shops nearby and it is extremely quiet. The hotel service staff can speak Chinese/are friendly/have a good attitude. They will also put the stored luggage into the room before check-in. The room is clean/bright/spacious, with complete supplies; the bathroom is separated from the washroom/toilet, and the design is friendly/humane. There is a coffee machine/ice machine/water dispenser in the reception room on the first floor, which can be used free of charge; there are vending machines and massage chairs next to the elevator on the second floor, which can be used free of charge.
