"If you arrive at Shin-Osaka Station, make sure to stay on the ground floor for easier navigation, especially at night. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the self-service machine. The hotel itself was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was sufficiently large. The only downside for me was the breakfast area, which was quite small and could get crowded."

"Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel. Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind. On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks."

"We stayed here for 4 nights, room is spacious, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly located, with direct access to the metro, walking distance to Dotonbori, just a 2 mins walk to Takashimaya and Nankai Train Station, providing easy access to the KIX airport. I would definitely return!"

"Food : complementary food is fantastic and delicious Like ramen for supper and pear pudding in the room fridge. Ice cream sticks after the sauna pool. Drink : complementary black coffee is great in the morning. Luggage storage : very pleased with the service and friendly reception staff to help out and able to keep the luggage until we shop late afternoon. Hotel location : surrounded with google five star rating food to shopping mall from branded to IT gaming technology. Easy access to train but with 2 big luggage 2 small luggage and bags recommended take taxi as the lift to station not really accessible."

"Self check in was simple, was able to extend my check out to 1pm for an extra 1,000yen per hour. I do like how you go get the amenities you want. The only thing I would suggest is getting more washing machines. When I was waiting for a machine 7 other people wanting to use and can’t. Wash and dry takes 2hrs and it doesn’t dry fully so we hung in our room."

"The room is a bit dusty. We feel sneezing when at the room, but we are getting better when at outside. The air conditioner may be long time not washed, a lot of dust can be seen. The services are good because there are complimentary USB adaptors to borrow. The window is not actually a window, which cannot see things clearly from the window."

"Beautiful property that is clean and well managed. It's about a 10-15 mins walk from Osaka station/ Herbis Osaka bus stop (if you're taking the airport limousine). It's in the Kita area so beware of the restrictions for Uber rides between 10pm to 1am."

"The hotel has a great location, making it convenient for walking around. However, it feels more like a 3-star establishment. While the room was cleaned daily, the mugs had lipstick stains from day one and were never replaced or cleaned. There were also stains on the walls and visible dirt spots in the bathroom. The breakfast was decent, but we only had two options available until the last day of our stay. Overall, it could use some improvements."

"Location is good as near many food and shopping. If there are even more luxury hotels in this location, I would choose Bvlgari, four seasons or Ritz as W hotel is more for couples or a fun hotel rather than for family."

"Possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Loved everything about it. The room was stunning, the view, stunning, the mini bar- stacked! They even have a convenience store downstairs. The bathroom had a makeup vanity and chair! The tub was perfect for a relaxing soak. Do yourself a favor and stay here!"
