To be fair, it's very average. The pros and cons are listed below⬇️
Disadvantages:
1⃣️The shower room is separated into wet and dry areas, but there is no bathtub, and the corners of the walls are all black. I saw other people's comments saying there is a bathtub, and asked the customer service, saying that some rooms have it and some don't. Then I would like to ask why the room types are all the same price?
2⃣️The toiletries were not fully replenished. I sent a message to the aunt to replenish them. The next day, she took a mineral water bottle and filled it with some for me. I was very speechless... I really can't accept that someone drank from this bottle and then filled it with conditioner for me.
3⃣️The water pressure for the shower is very very very low! ! The shower head is also very small! !
4⃣️The surrounding area is under renovation, and it is very dusty! The doors and windows must be closed.
As for the noise, I personally think it's okay, because I sleep heavily, and those who sleep lightly should not accept it.
Advantages:
1⃣️The room is really big! The suitcases can be spread out casually, unlike the 12-ping room that is so cramped.
2⃣️There is a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. During the period, I bought some things and cooked a meal at the cheap supermarket opposite. It was quite interesting?
3⃣️It is not far from the subway station, and several attractions: Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Nihonbashi can be walked to. The location is quite convenient.
If the hotel plans to change the bathroom, I would still recommend it. For tired tourists who have been playing outside for a day, taking a comfortable bath is really very important... The small shower head + no bathtub really makes it difficult to get enough relief...

The location is extremely good. There is a 7-11 next to it. There are drugstores, Matsuya, and Osho right opposite. It is within 1 minute from Exit 6 of the subway Nihonbashi Station (Kintetsu Line and Sennichimae Line). There is a subway elevator across the street, which is very convenient. It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to Kuromon Market. It is about 3-5 minutes to walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. There is a kitchen in the room (unfortunately the pots and pans are for 2 people) (the dining set is for 6 people when staying in a 6-person room) I really recommend it

Looking for a family room that is not too small, good rating, not too expensive, and then come here, I will tell you whether it is as advertised or not.
First of all, I understand that the accommodation is not far from the crowded area or the train station, but it is not as expected. Whether coming from Dotonbori, Glico sign or Kuromon Market, walking to the accommodation is more than a kilometer, taking the train is one station, the train fare is 200 yen, and walking another 600-800 meters. Especially when checking in and out, carrying heavy bags, it is very difficult. It is almost deadly to walk to the main road and turn to the train station.
Let's come to the room. The room is as advertised. The room size is not small at all. When you enter, there is a dining table, 2 chairs, 1 long chair, a sink, glasses, a hot water kettle. Even better, there is a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine with detergent, and an iron and ironing board. It is excellent (I like that there is an iron. I don't have to wear wrinkled clothes anymore 😁).
The bathroom is separated from the shower room. Even though the shower room is small, I like it. The water pressure is super high and there is a chair to sit on. The washbasin has a good shelf, a hair dryer, a toothbrush, that's all, nothing else.
The bed has a Queen Size and a single bed. The mattress is very soft, too soft, it's too soft. I personally don't like it because it's so soft that it sinks. I wake up often (usually I find it too hard. This is the first time I've found it too soft 😅). The air conditioner is the best. It's so cold that it makes you feel cold. The blanket is good but the pillow is bad. It's very small and flat. There are only 3 pieces. The room probably isn't soundproof. If you hear someone in the next room or on the floor above you, you should be able to hear it (luckily, there were almost no guests on the day we stayed in the building). The building has 10 floors and only 2 rooms on each floor.
Checking in is another thing that might be a bit difficult. It requires a lot of personal wit if you've never checked in by yourself. You have to check the details from the email they sent you. There will be a password to enter through the first door. Then you will see a tablet to register again. You have to enter another password and then register by taking a picture of your passport (everyone stays). Then you will get a password to unlock the small locker in front of you to get the room key again (you have to unlock it according to the room you will stay in). For example, if your room is 8A, you can only put the password in the 8A locker.) I have explained it in detail. Are you confused? 😅 (If you can't do it, add Line or other methods to ask or ask for help from the staff, which will be posted on the door.)
The advantage is that the building has an elevator and there is a locker in front of the building.
In conclusion, the accommodation here has both advantages and disadvantages as mentioned. Try to consider it. Personally, I stayed here for 3 nights. It was very difficult to walk to the accommodation. If you want to be comfortable and have money to spare, call a taxi. I once called one from Dotonbori at almost 10 pm to the accommodation for 1,000 yen.
Located near Osaka's iconic Tsutenkaku Tower, the location is excellent, with convenient transportation and complete living facilities.

The hotel has complete facilities and large storage space. It has a refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen and microwave oven (with simple kitchen utensils and dishes). There is a Lawson convenience store nearby and a Yakitori izakaya not far along the street. It is very convenient to have a midnight snack when you are tired of shopping at night. It is about 300 meters away from the No. 5 exit of the subway Zoo Station. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Tsutenkaku. There is a drugstore and a Kyōandendo discount store. I stayed here for three nights and booked a triple room with a partition in the middle. The three-separated bathroom was impressive. We all took a bath and liked the toiletries very much. My hair was very smooth after using them. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Osaka

Advantages
-Distance (Location is good enough to see on foot when sightseeing in Dotonbori and Namba area, but it wasn't noisy and the surrounding area was clean, so it was okay. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and markets are also close by on a straight, flat surface, which is a big advantage)
- Spaciousness (Japanese accommodations are generally very narrow, so it was nice that it was larger than a regular hotel and had all the cooking utensils inside. Tableware, pots, microwaves, gas ranges, etc., and my friend who went with me also said it was spacious, making it one of the best accommodations I've stayed in Japan so far. I liked it the most because it had a bathtub in the bathroom.)
-Washing machine on the 1st floor (it's inconvenient because they don't provide multiple towels, but the other advantages make up for it. Also, I had to wash my clothes anyway, so it was nice to have a washing machine on the 1st floor. However, there's no dryer, so that's a shame...you can use it on the veranda. There is space, but there are no clothespins and there is a risk of it flying away)
- Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation. All my friends who accompanied me said they liked it.
disadvantage
- I felt the bed was a little humid. ㅠㅠ The bedding is a bit thin.
It was a little difficult because it felt wet. Other than that, it seemed to be unfriendly since it is a hostel where trash disposal and other details are managed in detail.
- There is also a vacuum cleaner, but the soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good.
I wish I had more tools to clean it. Since we do not provide a separate cleaning service, it would be nice if, in addition to the vacuum cleaner, something like a broom or a broom were provided when staying for more than 3 days... and a laundry basket too!
Other than that, I didn't feel anything major!
The accommodation was like a cross between a well-managed Airbnb and a hotel.

A family of five, four adults (over 12 years old) and one child, lived very satisfied! The house is a one-family building and we use it exclusively. The first floor is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a bedroom with a large bed. The second floor has two Japanese-style bedrooms, and there is no toilet on the second floor. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, and tableware is complete. You can cook vegetables and fry meat. There is also an electric rice cooker and microwave oven, and a gas stove with a small oven. The gas stove knob will not ignite until it is turned to the bottom (I turned it halfway and it didn’t ignite, so I thought it was out of power and went to buy a battery to change it:). Convenient transportation, a few hundred meters walk to Tsuruhashi Station. Convenient life, two large supermarkets nearby, Lawson is closer, and it is also close to the seafood market street. We bought Wagyu beef and fried it ourselves, and also bought sashimi. It is very suitable for families with children to cook and eat. There are also many choices for eating out. I didn’t see the landlord in the whole city. If there is something, it is no problem to contact the landlord by phone and communicate in English. The unlocking code is 6 digits, with an * before and after, and the four digits in the middle. We misunderstood the password in the landlord’s email and didn’t press the *, which took a long time.

Although this does not look big in the photo, it is already a big room in Japan. The sanitation is also very clean, and the socks are not black when they walk barefoot for three nights. A small shower room is fully empty, easy to use and light, and the shower faucet is flushed to the door and there is no water overflowing. I feel the design and workmanship of Japanese space utilization. Basic toiletries are available. No one came to clean the door in the middle, and you can use a vacuum cleaner to suck the floor. In addition, garbage disposal does not need garbage classification. It is closer to Nihonbashi Station, walk for three to five minutes, and it is a little farther from JR Namba or Nanhai Namba. There are always ten minutes. Overall praise.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to usj. The lobby on the first floor is spacious with sofas and chairs suitable for work or leisure. 🚾, the bathrooms are divided into male and female. I booked an 8-person female room which is spacious and my roommates are very quiet. There is a place to wash clothes on the first floor. A manual with Chinese translation will be given when you check in, which is very convenient. Note: Because it is in a residential area, you can call 🚫. You cannot use a hair dryer from 11pm to 8am. The door is opened with a password, but the door password cannot be sent when ordering on APPs such as Ctrip. You need to contact the staff to give the password when checking in. Also, there is basically no one on the road when returning at 8pm in the residential area. If you are alone, pay attention to safety and return to the youth hostel early.
GGuest UserI booked in February and went for 60,000 won.
It is close to Namba Station and has good access to Dotonbori.
The first floor has shower towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, gowns, laundry detergent, and hairbrushes.
There is a public lounge and gym on the second floor.
The bathroom and shower room were very clean and nice.
If you choose warm or cool air from the shower room ceiling,
it will come out right. You can control the temperature, so you won't be cold after showering because your body will get wet!
The interior is also stylish, and after midnight, you need a hotel key to enter the first floor lobby.
The security was also great.
When I checked in, the staff spoke Korean very well and kindly explained everything to me, which was nice.
And if you stay for multiple nights, there is a room cleaning service, so if you apply and play, it will be cleaned when you come back in the evening!
There are many reviews saying that Japanese hotels are small, but it was comfortable and nice.
Thanks to you, I'm making better memories.

GGuest UserLocated in a quiet neighborhood, this homestay was really comfortable to live in! It is around a 7-10min from Tamade station or Kishinosato-tamade Nankai line station! Right next to the nankai line station is a neighbourhood food street! great for breakfast and offers freshly made sushi, with a 24hr supermarket that sells cheap instant meals, or even meat if you want to cook in the homestay (which u can!). i booked this for my family with around 7 people and we stayed comfortably, everything was brand new since we were the first customer after their renovation :) super lucky to be able to get such a homestay at this price! I really liked the japanese style room upstairs since its lined with tatami mats, and although the stairs are pretty steep, theres still a nice bedroom downstairs w 2 beds that my grandma could use easily :D 2nd floor bedroom had a lot more space to put our luggages too, and the eating area was just enough for about 4 people. host was nice and responsive to enquiries, and provided 2 charging adapters, as well as board games! was generally a very nice and affordable stay :)
GGuest UserJakotel+ Namba offers a fantastic location, just a short walk from the vibrant Kuromon Market and conveniently close to the train station. The hotel provides clean facilities, including a comfortable toilet and shower area, along with free sleepwear for added convenience. The check-in and check-out process is seamless and hassle-free, and they also offer free luggage storage before and after checkout, which is a great touch.
The only downside is the limited space in the locker area, which can be a bit tight, especially if you have large luggage and need to organize or adjust things. Despite this, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay overall. Highly recommend it for those looking for a peaceful, well-located spot in Osaka!

AAnonymous UserWe didnt get the right code to access to the unit, fortunately we met some other tenants in front of the elevator and told us that he got email on the day he checked in which we never received any.
The only thing we received days before was the booking confirmation email with a 4digit code which we thought it was the access code. After being stranded for hours and we tried to contact trip.com, finally we received the email with complete instructions.
I brought kids and old folks and it was raining on that day, there were noone to help and no seats for waiting.
And it was the day after long flights we took from overseas. Well we wont come back or recommend anyone to this hotel though it has a good location and the unit is considered clean and complete amenities.

AAnonymous UserThis is my first time staying at a B&B. It has a small kitchen where you can cook, but the tatami beds are a bit hard. People with weak bones may want to choose this. However, it is probably less than 1 kilometer away from Xincai Bridge. It's quite convenient if you want to go shopping.

GGuest UserLovely Japanese style apartment. We are a family of five and we felt we had more than enough room for our three nights. We were in Osaka primarily for Universal Studio so this accommodation was very convenient. The apartment sits in a quiet area, a bit far from the city center - there is a metro station nearby. The Japanese style tub, full kitchen, Nintendo switch, POLA products and projector makes the experience even better. Fully enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this place to large groups/families.
Oowie juanThe location is at the center of Shinsaibashi and walking distance to almost every spot. The room is clean but small for 2 persons. This is a great hotel if you are most often outside of your hotel.

GGuest UserI stayed in the hotel for a night and was satisfied with what it has to offer. The hotel is affordable and Dotonburi is walking distance away. The hotel room was clean, water dispenser and amenities are provided at the reception level. The only downside was the size of the room which leaves little space for walking if you open up you luggage on the floor. Other than that, if you are on a budget, isn’t fussy about space and wants to stay somewhere clean and in a good location, I would recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe facility was clean, had all the amenities, and was really great!!
There was a reservation problem, but fortunately the owner was Korean so communication was easy ㅎㅎ
The owner is a fun person, and if you like alcohol, have a drink with the owner
At night, the owner and the other guests gathered and drank a can each, and this was also a good memory of the trip
I will come here again next time, so please don't go out of business and stay in business for a long time ㅎㅎ
