先説環境，對面就是羅森，基本需求滿足沒有任何問題，距離難波4到5站，附近4個地鐵口，走路幾分鐘可到，不遠處幾個咖啡店可以吃早餐。 再説配置，一共四個房間，一個超大客廳（對日本來説），除了榻榻米房間，剩下3個標間全部算是背街，相對安靜，二樓有一個大廳，一家人來或者朋友一起沒有任何問題，冰箱洗衣機灶台咖啡機微波爐等一應俱全，放鬆休閑蠻好的，老闆娘貼心的準備了小吃水果 最後説服務，老闆娘中國人，交流很便利，提前問我們幾個人，專門準備了小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，親自開車把我們從地鐵站接到房間，還詢問是否需要送去泡湯，走的時候要送去地鐵站，搞得我都不好意思了，超級nice。 唯一可惜就是住的時間太短了，很滿足的一次體驗，感謝。

We didnt get the right code to access to the unit, fortunately we met some other tenants in front of the elevator and told us that he got email on the day he checked in which we never received any. The only thing we received days before was the booking confirmation email with a 4digit code which we thought it was the access code. After being stranded for hours and we tried to contact trip.com, finally we received the email with complete instructions. I brought kids and old folks and it was raining on that day, there were noone to help and no seats for waiting. And it was the day after long flights we took from overseas. Well we wont come back or recommend anyone to this hotel though it has a good location and the unit is considered clean and complete amenities.

Excellent service and amenities. Enjoyed the swimming pool very much, then nice dry/ wet steaming and sauna. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. The room is spacious, high floor with a panoramic city view, wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful, very impressed. In short, highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect! Walkable distance to Dotonburi, Sinseikai and Sinsaibashi. All the walks are in within 10-15 mins, there are a lot of convenience stores around, really so convenient! The room is spacious and clean, it’s considered as one of the most spacious hotel I’ve stayed in Japan, even came with a microwave and cooking pan. Luton on market is just about 5 mins walk, you can get some steak there and bring back to cook if you want to. There are free coffee, water and ice dispenser 24 hours. Room is modern as well, come with a bathtub. I would book this place again when I’m back next time!

Lovely experience, the environment was clean, and the lounge access allowed us to enjoy complimentary refreshments and cocktails in the evening :) The hotel is ~7 mins walking distance from the Yodoyabashi station (Midosuji line), exit 13 (equipped with elevator access), convenient for travellers with huge baggage to get around easily.

If you want to go to USJ, this hotel with two entrances is the closest to USJ. And also is close to the universal city station. And you can take the Limousine bus to USJ as well. Tho, I booked 2 nights and wanted to break the receipt down per night, that's so difficult if you paid in advance with trip.com due to Singapore policy that cannot break the price down if you book multiple nights. There are also more taxes to pay at the hotel. I booked one more night, so the total is 3 nights and the tax to pay at the hotel is 1,000 yen. This room has a river view and seems to be cheaper than the USJ view. No cute slippers or anything for a New York type room.

An excellent hotel with many little things that makes it so thoughtful. There’s some free food and snacks in the afternoon. With hotdogs and make your own pancake station! In the room, there’s a machine to provide some form of Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) Technology for tired feet. Best of all, it’s so conveniently located next to Universal Studios Japan. I love it.

Nearby does not have much of restaurant and do not have convenient store, recommend to bring some food if you are getting there late night. The only good is close to universal city if you are planning to go for universal studio. The hair dryer is old school for four star hotel.

Location is excellent, with major hot spots likes Chome Dotonbori, Shinsaibashisuji, Kuromon Market within short walking distances. Room is large and it is suitable for family with up to four members. Staff is nice and they are fluent in English so communication is not a problem. The only demerit is no parking facility but if you park at nearby ”Trust Park” overnight, you will enjoy a discount rate of 1800 yen per 24 hours. I strongly recommend family booking for this hotel.
