"Flawless stay, highly recommend! My stay truly exceeded expectations this time – I absolutely have to give it a huge thumbs up! From the moment I walked in, I could tell the room was spotlessly clean. Every corner, including the bathroom and those tricky spots, was immaculate, which made me feel completely at ease. The room facilities and bedding quality were excellent. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – and the soundproofing was fantastic. I slept straight through till morning, completely shaking off my travel fatigue. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was fast and efficient. Whenever I had any questions, the front desk and housekeeping were quick to help with a smile, showing professionalism and thoughtfulness in every detail. In short, this is an outstanding hotel that truly makes you feel at home. The value for money is exceptional, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip!"

"The location is absolutely fantastic! The airport shuttle bus goes directly to Universal Studios. After getting off, it's just a short walk following the signs. Right outside the hotel's back door, a right turn leads you straight to the subway station 🚇. We booked a triple room. It wasn't huge, but considering it's Japan and in the Universal area, it's probably to be expected. It was a bit snug, which is typical for Japan, but for the price, I felt it offered pretty good value for money. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right in the middle of a commercial center, with everything for eating, drinking, and shopping – a true one-stop shop. It's incredibly convenient for indulging in some retail therapy and delicious food. Here's a little tip for Universal Studios: If you want great photos, try to find one of the staff members. They are excellent photographers and the pictures turn out amazing. We randomly asked an elderly cleaning staff member that day, and it turned out he was a photography pro! Every single shot was fantastic, providing 100% emotional value. On top of that, after taking our photos, he even gave us some Universal stickers, which was incredibly touching!"

"Smooth check-in, and amenities are conveniently available at the lobby. I was pleasantly upgraded for my birthday and even received complimentary breakfast, which made the stay extra special. The hotel is very accessible—Sakai Station is just 3 stations away from Namba (about 7 minutes), making it easy to get to the city while enjoying a quieter environment. Parking is available just outside the hotel at ¥1,500 per day. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff—their politeness and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. I would highly recommend Dorsett by Agora Osaka Sakai, especially if you prefer a peaceful stay away from the loud crowds while still being close to the action."

"I love the entire resort/hotel has to offer. It is very near Rinku Jr Station but in an isloated corner. The rooms have great ocean views. Breakfast was good quality but quite limited varieties. Free nice onsen but paid gym. Slightly later check out time compared to some other accommodations. If robotic dinosaurs at the reception could change to pokemon or something, would provide a better experience and attract more crowd."

"I booked two rooms, each for 13 days and 12 nights, totaling 26 days and 24 nights. So, I feel I have a solid basis for this review. First, let's talk about the good things about the hotel. ① The view is fantastic. You can see the Kansai Airport connecting bridge, Kansai Airport itself, and Marble Beach. In terms of views, it's undoubtedly the best hotel in Izumisano City. So, I give the environment five stars. ② The breakfast is excellent. Especially the honey – it's not bottled honey, but rather honey naturally dripping from a honeycomb, collected into a small dish next to it. This detail alone surpasses most breakfast spots. ③ The hotel has a laundry room with dryers. Washing and drying clothes are very affordable. Compared to overall travel expenses, it's practically free, which is great, absolutely wonderful! I give the facilities five stars. ④ There's a convenience store inside the hotel. There were a few times I returned from Shirahama, Kyoto, or Kobe late at night, and having a convenience store for a late-night snack was incredibly convenient. They had everything: beer, ice cream, bento boxes, sandwiches. When I stayed in Kyoto before, there was no convenience store near the hotel, so if I was hungry at night, I just had to go without food, unable to find anything to eat past midnight. Now, for the hotel's shortcomings. ① The hotel doesn't change duvet covers. And when they clean the room, they often throw the duvet onto the tables and chairs, which then causes it to fall onto the carpet. The carpet is quite dirty, so the duvet gets dirty too. Ultimately, guests sleep under it. I know many Japanese hotels don't change duvet covers and use sanitary sheets instead. However, the Kyoto Tokyu, at a similar price point, replaces their pristine white duvet covers. So, on this point, this hotel falls short. During my dozen or so nights, I slept very uncomfortably, almost to the point of wanting to buy a duvet cover from a supermarket. I can only give hygiene three stars. ② My toothbrush disappeared. It was the latest Philips toothbrush, valued at JPY 48,000, which is about CNY 2,000 (USD 300). If it were my phone, wallet, or Suica card, it's possible I could have lost it on the train or at the airport, as I might have taken them out to use. But who uses a toothbrush on the go? A toothbrush is definitely by the sink faucet; where else could it go? Yet, the hotel responded that they hadn't seen it. So, I can only give service two stars."

"Last year, in early August, the same room cost around 1700, but this year, booking two months in advance, it was only a little over 500. Honestly, the hotel being so affordable was a major reason why I came back to visit again. The bathroom has a standard Japanese-style wet/dry separation, which even some much pricier hotels I stayed in later didn't offer. The amenities included something for relaxing your feet, haha, it still makes me laugh thinking about it! If you check in early, you can request a room with a view of Universal Studios. Universal Citywalk is right downstairs. There's enough space to lay out two 32-inch suitcases flat."

"This isn't a typical tourist town, but it has many hidden gem shops. SAKAINOMA Guesthouse does a great job with this, providing a detailed map. Upgrading the chairs in the lobby's common area would add a touch of luxury. The hotel is surrounded by filming locations for many TV shows and movies; it would be great if they could provide guests with a 'must-visit' checklist. There wasn't much meat available for breakfast. It would be a pleasant surprise if they converted two public bathrooms on the higher floors of the bay-view side. Overall, the price and experience are well worth it. Down by the train station, there's Yokozuna Ramen, Starbucks, Komeda, and a medium-sized supermarket, which offers discounted wagyu beef in the evenings."

"This was my second stay here, but this time the twin room on the 20th floor wasn't as clean as the one on the 26th floor from my first visit. The toilet in the bathroom had an odor; even after disinfecting it with alcohol wipes and flushing multiple times, there was still a urine smell. I considered asking for a room change, but it felt like too much hassle with a child. However, the front desk staff who spoke Chinese allowed us to check in early, which was great! The view outside is still fantastic, and the Nike outlet nearby has prices that feel almost too good to be true."

"This was my second time staying here, and the experience was great again! The service was excellent and very welcoming. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel isn't right next to Universal Studios, but it's just a short walk, which is fine. There are tons of restaurants and convenience stores around Universal, which is really convenient! Getting to downtown Osaka is easy by subway. Overall, a really good experience."
