Guest UserThe environment is excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. The window offers a great view, the room is spacious, and the ceiling height is good. I looked forward to coming back to the hotel every day. I visited Universal Studios for two consecutive days. The hotel is right by the JR station, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area.

angelineyuyuThis hotel is right next to the subway exit, the first one on the left as you come out. It was by far my favorite place during this trip. The room was really spacious, I could easily open all three of my suitcases. They provide a kettle, and there's an ice-making water dispenser on every floor. It rained both days I was there, and everyone's shoes got soaked. Luckily, the room had a shoe dryer, which saved me from having to buy new shoes. On the second floor, there are washing machines and dryers; both washing and drying cost about 26 RMB and you can pay with Alipay. They also give out vouchers that you can use for a soft drink downstairs in the afternoon. In the mornings, you can grab breakfast at Lawson downstairs, and in the evenings, you can pick up sushi from Sushiro to eat back at the hotel. The value for money here is just fantastic.

The room was compact but very comfortable, and impeccably clean. Its location is fantastic, being close to both the subway station and a bustling shopping street. The rooftop features a communal bathing area and an open-air hot spring. It was a thoughtful touch to be able to choose from over a dozen types of shampoos and conditioners, which made the bathing experience incredibly relaxing.

Kate DzThat was my second stay at the Candeo chain but this one I loved more for location and better reception guys and girls who make you feel a special guest or even a friend, not just doing their job. I really appreciate that.
Wanna say huge thanks to everyone who work there, I cannot skip to mention an English speaking guy (I don’t wanna post his name for his privacy), his friendliness, kindness and sense of humor made me smile every time.
And for sure I’m gonna back to this hotel only, don’t even wanna look for another one for my next trip to Osaka.
Thank you, guys, you’re the best! You all are sunshine!
P.S. The hotel located literally in the middle of everything you need. Don’t even think, just book it and you’ll be satisfied at maximum, I swear.

Anonymous UserWhenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

The room was good. Although small, it was enough for a family of three. I booked a twin room, but it didn't have a bathtub. The hotel switched me to a room with a tub. The bed was smaller, but still comfortable enough to sleep in. After soaking in the hot spring every day, there were free ice cream sticks to enjoy to your heart's content, and Yakult in the morning. For this alone, it deserves a full 5 stars. The only downside was that the hotel had too many tour groups, all Koreans, and their etiquette was quite poor. In the hot spring area, I saw an elderly Korean woman scrubbing dirt off herself in the pool, and some people spitting... My goodness! 🤦♀️

HokkaSuch an amazing hotel, the location is just a few blocks away from the main travel spots which is amazing, breakfast is a typical japanese style buffet but high quality which is pretty awesome. On top of that, there is a public bath on 13th floor, not too crowded, clean facility, also the staff members are kind and supportive. Had a really good time in there, thanks!

jbbfbbMe and my husband enjoyed the stay very much. The hot spring was really good the room, even though it was very small. It was adequate enough and the hotel staff were very friendly and everything else was good. We would consider coming back here again if we are ever in Osaka.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...
