Best Boutique Hotels Osaka

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!

Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

Kitahama is so peaceful. There’s a river near by with good vibes. If you like shopping and late night restaurants, this location is not for you. The size of the room is quite nice for a business hotel. Room is clean! Overall, I’m happy with the stay and would recommend.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. If you contact the staff by email, they will respond very quickly. In the room, there is a washing machine (with detergent), hair dryer, induction, spoons, dishes, cups, cooking utensils, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, etc. The shower room (sink, washing machine, and shower room are in one space) and the toilet are separate. However, as is typical of Japanese apartments, the ventilation facilities are really good (you can dry clothes in the bathroom, use hot air, and ventilate), but the noise is a bit loud (wind noise). On the first day, I was so bothered that I couldn't sleep well. On the second day, I got used to it, or maybe because I was tired, lol. I slept well. For items such as towels or toothbrushes (too stiffㅜㅠ), if you stay for more than 2 nights, if you request a replacement by email, they will immediately tell you where they are. But it's quite far from Namba to the accommodation. There is no bottled water in the accommodation. The nearest convenience store is about 300-400 meters away. So, please make sure to buy something to drink before entering the accommodation. And as shown in the picture, it seems like you can store your luggage. Please note that there is no staff on duty.

The price including tax is cheap, the location is good, and the room is spacious with two beds, so I think I made a good choice. I knew about the construction because of the reviews, so it was easy to find the building. I thought the construction would be finished by the second week of April, but it was still in progress. It was very noisy around 9-11 in the morning, but fortunately I was up, so I wasn't annoyed. However, I could hear the construction noise all the way to my room, and at night or in the evening, I could hear mumbling from the next room?, so I don't think the soundproofing is good. There was no mirror except for the bathroom sink, so it was a bit inconvenient to put on makeup. The floor in the room was carpeted, not wooden or plank, so after washing up and walking around a few times, there was a lot of dust and hair on my feet. I was told that there would be an additional fee for requesting room cleaning, so I kept that in mind, but I think it would be good to bring indoor slippers. Aside from that, everything was good! It was nice that it was close to Kuromon Market, the station, and Dotonbori. The facilities were not outdated and were large, so I will visit again when I go to Osaka again!

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated but too dark (due to black wallpaper). It had all the amenities I needed, toiletries (from lobby), bathtub n triple beds. The location was perfect, with many local attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and public transport was easily accessible. I felt safe and well-connected throughout my entire stay. The housekeeping was not excellent done as we hv to empty our own waste (the dustbin).

First tome at this hotel and it was good. Very spacious for 3 ppls. Clean but the daily cleaning is only taking away rubbish and changing towels which think isn’t enough as used all tissues but didn’t replace and had to go to get myself. Gym was ok wasn’t the best but clean. But the location is great and near to places.
