MMengmengmamaChoosing InterContinental Osaka was hands down the smartest decision I made! The location is absolutely phenomenal! A shopper's paradise! Major malls and flagship stores are right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get all your favorite items in one go! The rooms are incredibly spacious! In Japan, where space is a premium, the InterContinental's rooms feel like a true luxury. We booked a king room and even added an extra bed, and it still didn't feel cramped at all! The bathroom was also large and bright, and being able to lie down and gaze at Osaka's vibrant cityscape made it absolutely worth it! The service was exceptionally thoughtful! From check-in to check-out, every single staff member was polite, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. The front desk, housekeeping, concierge... even the parking and luggage storage services were absolutely faultless! When checking out, they even proactively offered to weigh my luggage. The most delightful surprise was when a staff member wished me ”Gong Xi Fa Cai” in Chinese – it felt so incredibly welcoming! It truly proved to be a brilliant choice to stay at InterContinental Osaka! Next time I'm in Osaka, I'm definitely booking this place again!

XXiemimiThe hotel view is absolutely fantastic, offering a great cityscape of Osaka. From the better room types, you get a direct view of a large area of Umeda, including the train station. The decor is European style, though it feels a bit 'knock-off' – like a fake European imitation. The details don't hold up under close inspection, and the cleanliness is noticeably not as good as in Tokyo. They're very generous with amenities, providing a lot. Breakfast is à la carte, suitable for those who enjoy Western breakfast; I found it pretty good, and the bread was quite tasty. There was a musty smell in the room, so overall, it didn't feel very high-end. The bedding was also quite ordinary. Its strengths are definitely the view and the value for money.

TTiaotiaoThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! Among the three hotels near USJ I've stayed at, this one is by far the best. 😎 When checking in, I asked the lady at the front desk for a room with a view of the park. She used a translator to tell me they didn't have any rooms with a full panoramic view, but I said it was fine. After checking in, I realized the room they gave me was probably the best view of the park available for my room type, so I'm super grateful! ❤️❤️❤️ Each guest receives a daily drink voucher, which can be redeemed for plenty of soda. There's also a chocolate fountain where you can dip marshmallows, perfect for relaxing after checking out or unwinding after a day at the park. The grand staircase at the hotel's main entrance is stunning; I took lots of photos there with my mom and baby. The room was spacious, with a large sofa and a big coffee table. My mom and I comfortably enjoyed delicious food we bought from the city. So relaxing! 😌 On each floor, there are ice makers, water dispensers, vending machines, and plenty of disposable tableware – very thoughtful! At night, after turning off the lights, I discovered a starry ceiling – I only noticed it on the second night! 🤣 The bathroom even provides a flat iron! This is the first time I've encountered a hotel offering a flat iron – ladies, go for it! The hairdryer and showerhead are also Rafa brand; the hairdryer is excellent and definitely something I'd consider buying! I didn't notice anything particularly special about the showerhead, though. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit USJ!

KkindaleiThe location is superb! It's right opposite Grand Front Plaza, which has many unique shops. The iconic Hankyu department store is also nearby. Umeda Station and Osaka Station are both within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining options around. The breakfast at the cafe next to the lobby was also great and very good value for money. The hotel's front desk staff were all very pleasant, except for one Chinese staff member. I asked her to help me call and book a restaurant, but she insisted on speaking English to me, even though her English wasn't very good. First, she said I couldn't use the front desk phone for external calls and had to use my own mobile. When I agreed, she then went on and on, basically saying I absolutely needed a Japanese phone number for her to make the reservation. Her attitude was quite aggressive, even worse than the Japanese staff. I just turned around and booked it myself online… Thumbs down.

AAnonymous UserThis was the best family-friendly hotel for our trip to Japan. The room wasn't huge, but it was relatively new and very clean. They even put a step stool in front of the bathroom sink for kids and had a baby crib ready, which shows great attention to detail. The breakfast was also good. Even though it was Golden Week and the hotel was packed, breakfast service was well-organized. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious, and the waffles and rice were tasty too! The location is key – it's excellent. Right outside, you're on the Universal Studios Japan promenade, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the park entrance.

Ggtln1069I used to stay at the old Keihan Tenmabashi hotel every time, but this time I tried the Tenmabashi Station Front store. A 21-square-meter room is considered quite spacious in Japan. The separate wet and dry areas, along with a door to the bedroom, make it super convenient. The location is also a major plus, making it easy to get to Kyoto, and there's a shopping mall across the street. Everything you need for food, accommodation, and transportation is right there.

MMeitounaohahahahaThis is one of the few hotels in Japan with a 12 PM checkout, which is great. There's a Christmas tree downstairs that adds a lovely atmosphere. We went to the theme park on our second day, and this hotel is the closest one to it – the entrance is right downstairs! Food options are also very convenient. I highly recommend the fried beef cutlet, it was absolutely delicious! Our clothes got soaked on the Jurassic ride, which was totally unexpected, but thankfully we could just pop back to the hotel to change. You just need to get a stamp from the staff at the entrance to re-enter the park. I hope to bring my kids here next time and will definitely stay here again!

DDavidTosoWe stayed at this hotel for three nights during a trip to Osaka, and I was very pleased with the experience. The hotel is rated three stars and is located outside the city center, but it’s easily accessible thanks to the nearby train station, making it convenient for getting around and visiting Osaka’s attractions. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-furnished, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is excellent, with the housekeeping staff doing an impeccable job every day. A highlight is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. It’s a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and take some nice photos of the scenery. The hotel staff is very efficient and helpful, although they don’t speak fluent English. However, they’re always ready to assist and communicate via online translators, which makes interactions easy and pleasant. Another advantage for those traveling by car is the hotel’s automated parking system, which is well-designed and easy to use. This mobile parking system allows stress-free parking and quick access to the car, ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding areas of Osaka independently. The area offers a few dining options, with restaurants serving tasty food at very reasonable prices. Having a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby is also convenient, where you can make small purchases and withdraw cash from ATMs available 24/7—a true plus for travelers. In summary, this is a great choice for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, well-connected to the city, with all essential services close at hand

YYL10001Hotel Review: Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel I recently stayed at Serene Elegance Boutique Hotel during my trip, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Location: The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It’s surrounded by local restaurants, convenience stores, and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Check-in Experience: The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival. Room Comfort and Amenities: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills. Service: The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. Minor Downsides: If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city.

MM15617****The hotel is quite close to Exit 7 of Shin-Osaka Station, and the path is relatively flat, making it convenient to push luggage to the hotel. The hotel's cleanliness is acceptable, and the disposable toothbrushes are good and soft. The only downside is that the air conditioning blows directly onto the bed, which isn't ideal.
