"Facilities: There's an ice machine and a vending machine on the floor, but no hot spring bath. Cleanliness: Toothbrushes, combs, and such are available for self-service by the elevator on the first floor. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Otherwise, you're expected to place your trash bags and used towels outside your door, and new ones will be provided when you return. Given the price, I suppose this is understandable. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, but check-in isn't until after 3 PM. Overall, nothing surprising. The location and price set the expectations."

"The room was nice, enough space to open luggage etc, come with 1 type c and 1 usb plug. 2 bathroom and 2 toilet on my floor for female, the washer and dryer is available at lv1. The bathroom got a little messy on 2 of those night i stayed, prolly because the other ppl stayed there didn't throw papers nicely. It was not cleaned for a night or 2. Tho hotel was not bad, but the location is slightly unsafe, as the route from donbutusen-mae need to go through small dark alleys. From JR wise, its just one route, but left right has no shops open starting evening, with constrcution sites plus a factory-looking place. Will be ok if you are not a solo traveller imo!"

"The room was exceptionally clean. The front desk staff, a young man from Northeast China, was very friendly. The location is super convenient, right next to a large supermarket, and only a 500-meter walk to Daikokucho subway station. It's really easy to get to Shinsaibashi and Tennoji from here."

"This hotel is super convenient for getting around, really close to the pedestrian street, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, which is a huge plus. It's quite popular, so there are always lots of guests. The breakfast is pretty good, with a wide variety of options, though you might have to wait in line. The service is generally excellent! The only minor downside is that it's about a ten-minute walk to the metro station, but for shopping and food, it's incredibly convenient."

It’s very close to Dotonbori—just a few minutes’ walk to food, shopping, and nightlife. Also near train stations, so getting around is super convenient. 🛏 Capsule Room: I thought it would be very small, but it’s actually more spacious than expected. I could stretch out comfortably. There’s decent privacy with a curtain, plus a power outlet and personal light. 🧼 Cleanliness: Highly rated! The bathrooms and showers are very clean. Amenities are provided, including towels and a hair dryer. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English, which makes everything much easier. 👍 Pros: - Great value for money, perfect for budget travelers - Excellent central location - Secure system with lockers for your belongings ⚠️ Cons: - If you get an upper capsule, climbing up and down can be a bit inconvenient (though it’s slightly cheaper than the lower one) - Some noise is unavoidable since it’s a shared space - It can feel a bit warm or stuffy at times 💬 Overall: Perfect for solo travelers or anyone who wants to try the capsule hotel experience in Japan. If you don’t mind limited personal space, it’s definitely worth it!"

"Hotel was very near to the train station , lawson convenient store. From the train station u just need to pass 1 traffic light and u are arrived. Hotel was super clean, tidy but the shower room and toilet was outside the room, located at the ground level, but itsokay, everything was fine ! The hotel also near to some attraction places, and still at a resonae price compared to others, Recommended!💯"

"My dream hotel! Staying here for five nights was such a blessing; it significantly boosted the happiness of my entire Kansai trip. It honestly made me so disappointed with the hotels I stayed in afterward. From now on, whenever I come to Osaka, I'm definitely staying here. The room was spacious, and the mattress and bedding were incredibly soft and clean – I slept so comfortably. I especially appreciated the fully enclosed duvet cover, which felt very hygienic (unlike another hotel of the same caliber I stayed in later, where they only used a single sheet between the duvet insert and the bottom sheet. Every time I moved, the sheets, duvet, and cover would all get tangled up – it was disgusting! Plus, the material felt as terrible as curtain fabric; it infuriated me!). The bathroom wasn't huge but was very clean, and all the fixtures were new. There were two bottles of mineral water provided. You need your room card to use the elevator. The view of the river from the window was beautiful, both during the day and at night."

"I chose this hotel near the airport the night before my flight because I had an early morning departure. I arrived for check-in around 4 PM, and as soon as I got there, I regretted not coming earlier. I should have arrived first thing in the morning to enjoy the sea view and go shopping. The sea view from downstairs is absolutely stunning, and watching the sunset on the beach in the evening was incredibly relaxing. There are many outlet brands here, enough to spend a whole day browsing, though they do close at 8 PM, so plan your time accordingly. The shopping village near the hotel also has several restaurants with decent value for money, so dining is always an option. The hotel is conveniently located right outside Exit 1 of the Rinku Town subway station. You don't even need to exit the station to get to the tower for check-in. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs where you can grab snacks and drinks. When checking in, I pre-booked the shuttle for the next day and got my boarding pass. The next morning, I just went to the lobby of the adjacent hotel to catch the shuttle, and it was a super convenient 10-minute ride to Kansai Airport. The room was very spacious, one of the biggest I've stayed in in Japan so far. There's a living room right as you enter, a bathroom with a bathtub in the middle, and then the bedroom further inside. There was plenty of space to lay out two large suitcases. The window offers a bay view. Next time, I'd definitely consider staying for two consecutive nights to enjoy the food and shopping without any rush."

"Stayed 3 nights. Very accessible location, though about a 20+ minute walk from OCAT—carrying luggage was quite an experience 😄 Room was clean and felt like home. Breakfast was amazing. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which helped since I worked during my stay. Amenities are on the ground floor, and I appreciated the umbrellas they lend during rainy days. The reception lighting is a bit dim, which may be part of the hotel’s design or ambiance. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka. Thank you!"

Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the front desk staff used pictures to communicate with us, which was a very thoughtful touch. It was a wonderful experience, and the hotel is also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around."
