My room had ventilation, but the heater wasn't working, so the room was quite cold. The restroom was shared by both genders, and there was only one... The shower situation was the most inconvenient. Women could only use the bathroom for one hour, from 9-10 PM. Because there are more male guests, men had a longer shower time (5-9 PM)."

Great

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made for a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent—just steps away from the main shopping street in Namba and conveniently close to a subway entrance, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was simple but adequate, with enough options to start the day. A great bonus is that you can securely store your luggage at the hotel for free, which is very convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everything good. Can early check it with the machine also have staff at the counter to assist. The washing machine cannot function well to dry the clothes. I already tried three times to dry but also cannot still wet.

It's great value for money; what more could you ask for at this price? The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the service was excellent, and the stay was a pleasant experience.
