Hotel clean but small room. Normal. Near umeda and osaka stations. Many shops nearby.

Very close to the shopping area, conveniently located and good area.

Hotel is around a 15 minute walk away from New Hankyu Hotel. Wouldn't say most convenient but room size is good. Amenities provided also sufficient. Rooms are clean given their age. The biggest problem is the lighting and bed. There are many devices with light on, such as light literally next to your eyes when you lie down, could barely sleep. Also the bed was not comfortable and the weird pillow with a soft and hard side was difficult. Decent place but so hard to sleep, at least for me.

Hotel looked old but still clean. Very small room. Close to many good restaurants. Recommend you to check its location if you need to do lots of shopping at shopping malls near Umeda station.

This is my bad but mistakenly chose smoking available room and smelled so smoky. I think it’s enough if you travel just staying the nights.

Great location and value for money. Difficult to locate the hotel initially but once u get a hang of it, it's easy.

Very close to the main shopping malls and 5 mins walk to the underground mall. There are pubs and restaurants right behind the hotel. A few convenience stores surrounded.

Decent location - a short walk from Osala station. However, amenities and services are very basic. There is no proper wardrobe in the room. Other than a bar table for TV, there is no additional stable / chair. Rest room is extremely small. Water closet is too small for an adult man to use without inconvenience. Bath tub water exhaust isbnot hyhienic. Aircon is weak. Air purifier/ humidifier does not work. Some staff at level 1 service counter is impolite. I would say this hotel is below my minimally accepted standard. Will avoid this hotel in future.

Very good location, only 10-20 minutes walking from Osaka and Umeda station, with several restaurants, bars, and convenience store a few meters from the hotel. Rooms are quite small and old fashion but everything is clean and in good conditions.
