Hotel IL Cuore Namba Reviews

The location is the best, very close to Namba and Nankai station and many main attractions. Shinsaibashi and many markets are in walking distance from the hotel. The staff was also great, we couldn't find the entrance at first as the map was confusing and the staff at the front was very helpful and guided us. The staff was friendly and offerred baggage storage for us evern though we didnt request at departure. Next time, we will visit this hotel again.

The room is cozy and slightly bigger than i expected because of the price (reasonable) and location (convenience), so it’s definitely worth it and i will come back again. Staff are also helpful and can check out late 11am

Our favorite hotel in osaka. Walking distance to namba station. Very convenient if you have big trolleys to and from airport. Airport is just 1 train ride from namba station. Walking distance to dotonbori too. Will definitely book again and again every time we go to osaka.

it’s a wonderful memory ,very comfortable and room beyond my expectation. The staff are nice and pretty. The rooms are clean and you can see the oitside from the big window. All the details are well considered and prepared. Nice stay and I will come back again.m

This is the best hotel ever! If you're not sure whether to book or not, i can guarantee you should! I'm 161 cm with my partner 171 cm. We fit the bed perfectly fine. It is justt a bit small that we often need to walk into each other. If you want to go to Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi you can totally walk from here. Though, it is a long walk around 10 mins but the street is easy to understand and the place is fun for sightseeing japanese namba culture! Also! There's namba station (metro) just across the street! Took you only 3 mins walk. There's family mart nearby and lots of shops and restaurants too! Staff are very kind and they clean up the room everyday of your stays. I do not have any problem with the cleanliness. The bathtub is big enough for one people. Also, the air conditioner works as for cooling and heating. If you don't know how it works try ask the staff! They also help us with this! Thank you so much for my best 3 days in namba, I'll make sure to come back again!

We found alot of used face mask inside the room and the bed that we selected supposedly a queen bed but they only provided separate two single beds. Then they just provide not soo good cleaning services

location is very convenient specially if taking the train from kansai airport to hotel and vice versa. Plenty of nearby place to go for shopping and big shopping department stores. walking distance to the subway too.

location is very good but without air conditioner at room, only heat thus cannot sleep well at night

Excellent location, just next to the Nankai Namba station making it extremely convenient to get to/from the airport. Dotonbori is within walking distance , so do the Nipponbashi and Den Den Town. You could also shop in the big Takayashima or Namba City. For electronics there are Bic Camera and Edion nearby. The staff is very polite, and there a free bottle of water for every night of stay. Given the room rate I would say no hotel in Osaka is on par with Il Cuore in the same tier. The only concern is the hotel is near a main road, so there could be some noise in the midnight, this may be problem for some people although not for me.
