We stayed at the All-star sports for our Florida trip. The room was amazingly comfortable with a soft bed. we were able to get a first floor room by the pool and the parking which was great. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful. They were simply amazing. I realize it’s a value Disney property, but they don’t treat you like that at all. I felt like we were in the best Disney property . It was clean, comfortable and quiet although the pool was a little loud at night, but there are children there.. the pool is open till 11 PM which it’s 100° out. That is nice.

The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

Great place to stay! Beautiful resort grounds. Pools were great, all the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom in east village and it was amazing. It had not been renovated but still very clean and fantastic for the family. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to live. Stores are so close to property it was convenient. Few minutes from Disney allowed for a day out and still time to come back and swim. TVs were small but perfect for the shows at the end of the day or for the kids to hook up their games. Will be back 100%.

First of all, let me say we were blessed to have shelter and food during Hurricane Ian. There was a mandatory evacuation for us living on the water in Pinellas county. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Oneeph at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help us find the hotel ( we had been driving for 5 hours and got lost in Kissimmee). He helped us with our luggage and was a very friendly face in a stressful time. Very helpful and professional The hotel is older and could use a bit of renovation. Several things did not work in our room and I had to spend a lot of time with staff to get everything working. During the storm, our room, the elevators, and the first floor all had water coming in. We were on the 5th floor. Windows and doors should be upgraded. They gave us another room and it was fine. Difficut times difficult situation but we all got thru it. Thank you.
