Overall the environment is cozy enough but there’s some issues like the room had not be cleaned properly and there few items within the room is broken

Excellent location for direct airport transfers by express train as well as commuting around Oslo. Walking distance to POI as well as shopping belt. The hotel is only 5 mins walk from central station yet not affected by the bustle of the station. Self Check in was so super easy. We had a room on a high floor with terrace which had a vantage view of the central station. Room is clean & good size although the mattresses could be firmer. All things considered, a very good 3 night stay. Will definitely recommend!

The location is very convenient, a ten-minute walk from the station and a taxi cost 154 kronor. It only takes five minutes and three streets to walk to major brand stores. Boutique design hotel, very cool. The interior decoration is very stylish, I like it. Breakfast is amazing. The only disadvantage is that it requires self-service, and you must download the app in advance to check in and open the door by swiping your phone. This would be very bad if there is no Internet, but the Internet is free and you can only open the door if you can connect to it. It's like a community door card. So you must check in during the day, there are staff downstairs who can assist. Remember not to check in at night, otherwise it will be very difficult to find someone if something goes wrong. I arrived at one o'clock in the morning, and it was a nightmare experience. It was Ctrip customer service Weiwei who was assisting me with security rescue. No one came to greet you during your stay, and there was no daily cleaning. You need to book and pay for cleaning on Att.

Nice hotel in the centre of Oslo. The rooms are not big and spacious, but they are clean and well furnished as well as bathroom. Breakfast is excel. Overall experience including position of the hotel cleaness and value for money is excellent...close to bars and night life, centre and attractions and not too expensive for Norway

Went for a concert- hotel was clean beds were comfortable and shower was hot breakfast was awesome the tv in room didn’t connect though the only down side. I would definitely stay again

Clarion Hotel Savoy has got mixed reviews, but our 3-night stay was really pleasant and I would definitely book it again. The hotel has old-time charm, and though the standard room is quite small (compared to the huge bed, which occupied most of the room), it was functional with a beautiful bathroom. The location of Hotel Savoy in the city centre is excellent and unless you want to explore Oslo on foot, you can easily do it by tram or bus. The best part of the stay was the delicious high-quality breakfast and ”light” dinner, which turned out to be a 3-course meal (warm main, soup and various salads). I don’t eat meat so I just asked the staff member in passing if there was any vegetarian warm-dish option and the next night they had prepared delicious chickpea curry as an extra dish for me. That’s what I call real customer service!😀 Also, the afternoon final (coffee and cake) was a plus in this expensive city. The only (tiny) minuses were a very small selection of TV channels and (in my personal opinion) uncomfy pillows (one gigantic, the other flat and lumpy). But after strolling around Oslo for many hours and enjoying the evening meal, those issues didn’t prevent us from sleeping well in our quiet room facing the inner yard.

We stayed here for four nights over the Oslo Marathon weekend. We were lucky to have a superior room (only four on each floor by the look of things) and so had plenty of space - indeed our bathroom seemed to be much the same size as the standard room. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet, with the window facing an internal space. Slept well and pigged out on Sky's coverage of the Queen's death when in the room. Note no tea/coffee/fridge/safe etc in room but all these were available on the ground floor, Breakfast (included in our online offer) was great - the usual Scandi buffet with the only problem being holding back and not overeating. The hotel has a good central location on the west side of central and we found that we could walk everywhere no problem. All in all a great stay and we would certainly consider staying again were we ever to revist Oslo, which I hope we do.

The location is very good, very clean and convenient. The staff were very welcoming and professional when checking in! The hotel has a great sense of design, and the design of the rest area and dining area are very reasonable and convenient!

The hotel is not in the city center, but there is a bus at the door, which is quite convenient. The price is right. There are lush plants in front and a bay in the back. It is suitable for leisure and free travel. The overall feeling is very good

This review combines both the hotel and the restaurant The Social Bar & Bistro. I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was flawless - I had the key within 30 seconds of arrival. My room was located in the south-west corner of the hotel. There was no noise from the airport, even though the runway was less than 500 m away. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the minibar was reasonably well stocked. There was a balcony equipped with a small table and two chairs. I would have appreciated it if someone had removed the dust on the furniture. Also - there were bird droppings on the railing - it seemed that a clattering of jackdaws lived nearby. Please do clean the bird excrement. I visited the Social Bar & Bistro for an evening meal. I got seated quickly. There were not many guests - perhaps around 10. The waiter was quick and attentive. I chose the ”Catch of the Day” from the menu: Oven baked or perhaps fried salmon with oven baked small potatoes, vegetables and sauce. When it was served - to my surprise - it was really warm, probably straight from the oven. Nice! And it was really, really tasty. Unfortunately - during the time I was eating the main course - 15 more guests arrived, and service broke down, as there was only one useful waiter. I waited a while to order dessert, but it took too long so I decided to pay at the counter and leave. I parked my car at the hotel - NOK 345 for 38 hours.
