There is no service staff at the front desk. The key is to find a way to contact you. It is more convenient to cook and boil water in the hotel. In addition, the glass in the room I lived in was broken before I checked in. I don't know if it is repaired now.

Pros: Stayed at a hotel owned by thon again, with the same high-quality breakfast and hygiene standards. Orange juice, waffles and various fruits are recommended on the wall. There is a shopping mall opposite. Disadvantages: It is not far from the crowded Oslo train station in a straight line, but it requires a lot of detours and uphill walking. I have never seen such a chaotic station in Europe.

This hotel is well located to explore Oslo. The breakfast buffet is large, varied and excellent. The staff are friendly, but could be better informed to help guests with their questions. Rooms are relatively spacious with a. funky modern decor but aren’t cleaned unless guests request it. The included dinner can be hit or miss in terms of quality, quantity and service. Overall, a good, not a great, choice.

The location was absolutely fantastic, being located right across Oslo Central Station. This made it really convenient bringing our heavy luggage to the room and there was also no stairs involved. The room had all the basic necessities, but I was sorely missing room slippers to keep your feet warm in the cold. While there was a coffee machine, there was no kettle provided, if you want to make a cup of tea instead. However, the one thing that truly sets this hotel apart is the breakfast, which is stellar compared to other hotel breakfasts you might get in Europe.

Location is perfect! Connected from train station via the mall, got to the hotel easily with luggage. Inviting lobby, though the service from counter staff varies. Encountered friendly ones, and also one that was not so welcoming. Decent room for a night, cosy breakfast place with a good selection for breakfast.

Room is large. Swimming pool was full of kids. This hotel still charged me 2 nights’ fees in the check-in process even if they knew that I paid 2 nights’ fees in advance via a booking agent. Almost after one month, I am yet to receive the whole refund. Only 1 night refund was received. The hotel cannot provide a cancellation slip of credit card although they used my credit card to cancel their double charges in front of me. Pls check bank statement to make sure no double charge is made

Fantastic 2 nights stay. We had a junior suite and the room is spacious, clean and modern. Hotel is situated right next to Central train station and within walking distance to Karl Johan gate street. We wanna have special shout out to one of hotel front desk representative, Edel, her professionalism is 2nd to none. Assisted us with a smile from the minute we walked in and checked in to the last minute we checked out. She even went beyond to assist our personal issue in Norway by calling and speaking to authorities and explaining to us and all these were done with a smile from her. Edel thank you very much!

This hotel has a good location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Most staff were welcoming and helpful. However, it’s more of a basic place to sleep rather than a comfortable stay—amenities like an electric kettle, tissues, slippers, and toiletries (toothbrush, etc.) were missing. If you just need a simple, no-frills stay in a good spot, it works.

The location is unbeatable, and it is very convenient to travel. The breakfast is also rich and tastes good. The front desk service is very good, and the Norwegian beauties are very gentle. There are doors all around the hotel, and it is very convenient to enter and exit. It is very close to the art gallery, the theater, and the river. There are many restaurants around, and it is also convenient to eat. The room has a high ceiling.
