Helt ok hotell. Hadde det mest nødvendige, seng, dusj, toalett, tv. Veldig lite rom. Ikke kjøleskap. Noe jeg savnet. Frokost med veldig sparsomt utvalg og trangt om plassene. Som sagt, det dekker hva man må ha, men ikke noe mer en det heller. Til den prisen man må betale for et rom pr. natt, burde det vært en høyere standar.

So happy to stay this hotel, nice location,great helpful service staffs ,good breakfast…. Really a good place for the people first time visit Oslo . I will be here again when I will visit Oslo and share all my friends too !

I had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Hotel Xpress Youngstorget on the night of July 28th, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ponters during his shift from 10pm to 2am. During my stay, I encountered a significant challenge as my luggage had been delayed for two days with no updates from the airline company. In this moment of distress, Mr. Ponters went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he generously offer the hotel telephone for us to contact the airline company, but he also displayed genuine concern by consistently checking in on us to ensure we were coping well with the situation. Furthermore, Mr. Ponters did not stop there. Understanding our predicament, he took the initiative to recommend nearby stores where we could purchase essential items such as toothpaste and slippers. His thoughtful suggestions made our temporary inconvenience much more bearable. Mr. Ponters' kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to provide assistance in a time of need truly set him apart. His exceptional customer service skills and genuine empathy exemplify the epitome of hospitality. It is without a doubt that Mr. Ponters deserves to be commended for his outstanding performance. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and well-being of guests is truly commendable. In my opinion, his exceptional service merits recognition, and I strongly believe that he deserves a raise for his exemplary efforts. Friendly staff at counter and restaurant; comfy room with a review (as shown in the photo) ; I successfully booked a room near the airport but later I was refunded as I was told it was fully booked by a. Trip.con staff - which was not a very good experience. Luckily I found this hotel as I was totally satisfied.

Hotel just right to the main station, 5 mins walk away. love that there was a luggage room so no need to worry if you arrived early. however there was a hiccup during our stay. where my friend forgot her small pillow at the hotel and when we emailed to ask there were no answer untill few days later with nothing was found in the room, couple of days later they found the pillow and send to us with charge, at least it was found. thanks to housekeeping and the management team.

good hotel in the city center, 15 minutes from the railway station, 25 minutes from the DFDS pier, currency exchange 15 minutes on foot, metro and public transport nearby. we arrived late, settled without problems, the room is small but cozy. , all is clear. everything you need is in stock. liked the full wall window to the beautiful buildings of Oslo. breakfast is good, breakfast until 9.30, we came to closing, and stayed until 10.30, everything was in order. hotel recommend .

The location was absolutely fantastic, being located right across Oslo Central Station. This made it really convenient bringing our heavy luggage to the room and there was also no stairs involved. The room had all the basic necessities, but I was sorely missing room slippers to keep your feet warm in the cold. While there was a coffee machine, there was no kettle provided, if you want to make a cup of tea instead. However, the one thing that truly sets this hotel apart is the breakfast, which is stellar compared to other hotel breakfasts you might get in Europe.

Amazing hotel right by the main station, very modern, comfortable and a great buffet breakfast in a cute restaurant next door. Hotel bar is a nice place to have a drink after a long day exploring. Shuffleboard is a bonus!

Professional and excellent front desk staff, can answer all your questions. Breakfast is very rich. The location is very convenient, right opposite the central train station and central subway station, and very close to the airport express, the express to the airport is 240 NOK for adults and 120 NOK for 12-year-old children, and it takes 22 minutes to get to the airport. This hotel is really close to everything. I also recommend the salmon, which is delicious. We didn't make a reservation and went directly to eat. The room was a bit cold, but it was clean and unique.

Very old hotel. It was a weekend when I checked in. It was very lively. I really liked the bar downstairs. The environment was great! You can go there for a cocktail.
