I think the service is very good

Great spot with plenty of eateries around including downstairs in the pub. The shared bathroom facilities meant some interesting actions/activities seen with not much personal discretion. ‘Shared bathroom’ doesn’t actually mean unisex facilities but that meaning is lost on some visitors. Room smelt a little musty - maybe the air conditioner was making the carpet seem moist. Otherwise, room size, fridge, hand basin, Air conditioner temperature and bed/bedding were all very good.

Been to Gold Coast 3 times, stayed here every single time. The shared bathrooms are huge and it's literally in the most convenient area.

Was queit and clean very happy

Minutes walk to the beach. The room Very basic. Serves its purpose, just to sleep.

The hotel parking lot is public, so it's hard to find a parking spot, but you can park in it after a while and it's free. There is also a small balcony in the room. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but fortunately it is relatively clean. Very close to the beach, within walking distance. It's very convenient to eat around. It's very close to Currumbin Zoo, just a few minutes' drive away.

I like it because it's cheap and beautiful. This is my second stay here.

The carpet in the room I stayed in had a distinct aquatic smell.

The check-in experience was good, and I will renew the reservation when I come back in the future.

The room facilities are more complete than expected

Best price ever, including the best quality you'd expect from a hotel with more stars too!! Good for an overnight stay or longer depending what your travel requirements are.

There was a number on office window for assistance a young lady had locked herself out i had called seven times no answer needs attention in this area disappointing but otherwise good experience

Clean, comfortable, freshly renovated, and, most importantly given that it's over a pub, quiet. Would happily stay again for a quick overnight where all that is needed is a bed to sleep, a shower, and morning coffee.

Live music on Saturday night at Palm Beach Hotel was excellent add on to the stay. The location is close to wide ranging shops including supermarkets, cafes and also the beach and a bus stop.
