Place was decent and clean.close to cafes takeaway shops and restaurants ,Coles is across the street. Hotel is on a corner block and on the main road to surfers Paradise and the beach is 2 blocks away from the hotel. huge Shared bathroom Bed and pillows were comfortable

Awesome stay Comfortable beds Cleanliness was spot on Loved the place access to shops and beach just a walk away We will be back again !!

Not bad but it is right above a bar so it may be a bit noisy at late night.

The room was well appointed and I like that I was able to get parking as part of the room fee (there is Wilson paid parking surrounding the site). The bed was super comfortable and probably got my best night's sleep in a long time on night 1/2. The bathroom was just across the hall so it was just like being at home. The reception, bar staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. The hotel is within walking distance to shops and food outlets so it was easy to take care of that as well

Lovely sized rooms. Very comfy beds. I’ve never used a shared bathroom for a stay but was surprised how many showers and changing areas there was and clean! Great shower, and shampoo and conditioner was lovely! Free tea and coffee which was nice.! But still rather a kettle and tea bags in my room! But was still lovely to have for free. Staff were lovely.

Great location and the loveliest staff. They will always find a way to make your day that much more spectacular and put a smile on your face. I will not only back again and also recommend my Friends coming here for either a full blown sit down dinner and drinks, or even just a quick catch up with mates. You will always have a good time at the palm beach hotel 🩷

The location is right next to the airport, and it's clean and tidy.

Location was ok, near to bus stops and Coles. Plenty of eateries. Place is clean. Toilets are plenty even though it is sharing basis, you will never have to wait. However it is outside the tram network, if your travel is very early outside the bus service hours, the only choice is UBER. And you will need a local Australian SIM. Not much service as the Receptionist is rarely there. There should be more info on arrival like a poster or something outside the door. You arrived and the door is locked and no one is there, there is no bell or camera or anyone to assist you. You have to pray and hope a guest is going into the hotel and you sneak in. If not, hard luck. If you somehow lost your access card in the middle of the night, may God be with you as there is no one there.

It was great about the hotel room, amenities, the services. But it just one thing that have to be noticeably about the bathrooms could probably make someone get falling away by so slippery, the floor tiles should about to changes.

I was very surprised with the room and the facilities. Having stayed in similar “attached to pub” accommodation on numerous occasions, the quality, cleanliness and concern for guests was welcome.

Fantastic little place Very basic rooms , but clean linen , really clean shared bathroom facilies, and happy friendly staff Good for budget budget , probably not suitable for families

It's okay for the price just to spend a night

Was pretty good, but the toilet is downstairs. I could not find the accommodation access when i arrived and parked the car at the carpark behind the building. I had to ask staffs who work at the pub on ground floor, but they were not really pleasant. They finally contacted accommodation staff and let me in. He was nice and chill though. Although there are some inconveniences, the location, parking, interior and price are quite reasonable, so i will stay there again.
