Maison Delano Paris

The hotel in Paris is praised for its cleanliness, spacious and modern rooms, exceptional service, and central location near upscale attractions. Guests also enjoyed the excellent breakfast offerings and high-quality amenities.

Stayed two nights, 2 adults 2 children. We initially booked another hotel near by, but needed to cancel because the room we received didn’t suit a family of four. We then booked Maison Delano, which had a room ready for us the minute we arrived at the hotel. Really lovely deluxe suite with plenty of space. Due to an event in the evening, it was impossible for our kids to sleep from the loud music, so we made a complaint about this, which was greeted with understanding. They immediately checked what other rooms were available and upgraded us to a bigger suite which was turned to the street instead of the courtyard. We really appreciate this gesture and how it was handled. The level of service and attitude by the staff is really outstanding and our whole family felt very welcomed and taken care of during our stay. We are not sure, if its by coincidence, but every staff member we met could speak English, which is not common in paris. But just wanted to mention, as its something we noticed and actually appreciated. Room service and breakfast in the restaurant was lovely. If i should mention one thing that could be better, it should be investing in mattress toppers, because the beds are a bit too hard for our liking. Other wise we send our greatest recommendation for this hotel, located in the best area of Paris.
