I spent one night at the hotel and it was good, clean room, comfortable bed. Only thing is that it was very cold in the room and no amenities like toothpaste (probably for eco reasons but still)
Also I asked to send me confirmation of my stay and I am still waiting for the email. Even after I sent a reminder myself.
Please send me the documents asap, you promised!!!

Very good location, less than 5mn away from the metro station line 14 (easy access to Paris city center). The room was decent, but small and quite old.

Very poorly soundproofed. Drain noise all night (shower and toilet flushing on floors above). Someone talking loudly in the hallway at 7 a.m. for 20 minutes. Toilet flushing very poorly. The housekeeper saw us enter the room and knocked 30 minutes later to see if we had left... we didn't have a good night's sleep.
Positive, pleasant welcome.
