Room had no heater at all, but location and breakfast was good. Staff had no manners as well so don’t bother asking for help on heating and cooling issues.

Good location near train station. Easy access everywhere . Excellent cafe across the road. Breakfast is minimal . However overall great stay.

Some room amenities need to be upgraded. However, the location is good, just above metro line 7 station. A little bit noisy during night due to metro or train station nearby.

AC was out of order .there was no door of washroom.and smells like paint . But if there was AC I would recommend it .

Overall my experience was good except for the hotel not having a shower 🤔like why? I love taking showers but couldnt because the shower does not work. That's the only reason why I wouldn't stay there again but for everything else it was good. Location was perfect very central to the Metro and easy access to everything else. Overall very good experience for my first time in Paris for my birthday.

I stayed in March so the room temperature was just right, the shower worked without any problems, I could watch YouTube on the TV, and the hotel is above a metro station so it was convenient to get around. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room so it may not be suitable for long stays. When I stayed three years ago, I was able to bring coffee and other drinks freely from the first floor to my room even late at night, but this service is no longer available, which was disappointing. I had a good impression of the staff.

We booked a triple room, but because there was no room available, we were given two double rooms for free. There is an affordable French restaurant opposite the hotel, which is worth a try.

It is within a 5-minute walk from Paris East Station and there is a subway station downstairs of the hotel, so the location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast preparation is above average. The 4-person room is very large, providing ample space for the whole family to move around.

Convenient to travel Because it is next to the Château Landon and Gare du Nord metro stations. ✅ We booked a room for 2 nights for 3 people and got a room on the 8th floor, the top floor. The room is quite old but clean and neat. Quiet and non-smoking room because our family has children. ✅ Breakfast starts at 6:30 am. There are a variety of breads and sandwiches to choose from. The restaurant is spacious, comfortable to sit in, clean bathrooms, good service staff.

The online photos are consistent with the actual situation. The breakfast bread is delicious and rich.

A very bad hotel. You can't check in earlier. You have to wait at the front desk. The room is very expensive compared to the train station. It’s too far to go to the East Station. I’ll definitely not stay there next time.

The hotel has nothing, not even a hot water bottle, toothpaste or toothbrush, or mineral water. If you want to stay, you have to bring it yourself.
