Terrible service. Absolutely not up to Accor standards. The staff in front desk is very antipathetic and cold during check-in. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking just because there was no DND sign. Poor check-out experience. Only positive side is the location, but definitely not worth feeling unwelcome.
What’s the point of coming to a reputable hotel chain if the standards are completely ignored?

The hotel is in a good environment and has convenient transportation. The only drawback is that the room is a little small. The room does not provide any additional supplies, so guests who wish to stay here should remember to prepare them by themselves. In addition, the hotel said that due to insufficient space, it may not be able to provide free luggage storage services. If necessary, you may need to prepare Euro coins and pay for the use of the lockers at the back of the first floor.

Finally, when it was almost two o'clock in the afternoon, the front desk arranged a room on the uppermost floor. I personally felt that the room arrangement was The bad thing is that Guan Jian saw a lot of hair on the bed because he was in a foreign country and didn't want to argue with the hotel.
