Spa not working - this was the reason we booked the hotel. No kind gesture offered instead. Rude male on the desk- no customer service whatsoever. Wont be back.

That’s right! It’s the hotel opened by the ELLE fashion magazine that you all know. MAISON ELLE is the first hotel under ELLE, located near the Arc de Triomphe in the center of Paris. This trip to Paris was mainly to watch the National Day fireworks and experience the Olympic atmosphere alone, so I chose a city walk-friendly location in the city center🚶 Recommendation reasons: 🎖️5 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and convenient subway 🎖️Full of fashionable design The public area Lounge is very warm, just like going home, you can drink wine and chat with friends on the sofa 🎖️The hotel has access control and elevator control. You need to ring the bell to open the door when you come back late at night. It is safer 🎗️The sailor room and classic room are both about 14 square meters. After opening the 28-inch suitcase, there is basically no extra walking space The space is just right for solo trip/short stay in Europe 🎗️For couples and families staying, the junior suite is recommended. The area is large and can open two 28-inch suitcases. There is also a bathtub🛁 🎗️When checking out, you can also visit the souvenir surrounding shops on the first floor and take Elle's designs home 🏅I have to mention the service staff. At that time, the guy Flo who helped check in at the front desk patiently introduced the overall situation of the hotel The host took the initiative to greet guests and remember their names. He was happy to communicate with them about their trip to Paris. During the few days we stayed there, we talked about many topics like friends.

The room is small and clean, the service is good, but the facilities are really average, it feels like it has just been launched.

Very nice design and good location: some complications with the electrical controls which are supposed to be "modern"

The bed sheets in the room were not changed and they were smelly. No one came to change them at night. I couldn't upgrade the room. I don't recommend it at all.

The room is not big, but very exquisite and stylish, worthy of being a hotel produced by a big magazine. Facilities: The facilities are complete, and there are different small cakes downstairs for free every day; Environment: It is right next to the Arc de Triomphe, not far from the subway station, and there are many shops around. There are also laundry rooms and Korean and Japanese restaurants on the same street.

Beautiful little hotel 2 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe. We were wonderfully welcomed by Giorgio. The service, spa and room were superb. We will come back with pleasure.

The hotel is nice, but the price is a bit expensive during the Olympics, so it's not worth it.
