Small and poorly cleaned rooms. Unpleasant staff. An experience not to be repeated. The price does not match the quality of service at all. The only advantage is its proximity to the metro. Paris remains beautiful despite these hotels. Next

My only concern the standard Room are small be side that everything was good

Great location I chose this hotel as I needed to be close to St Lazare Train Station for my trip out of Paris . It was a perfect location. Within 100m of the hotel is a gorgeous cafe, little supermarket and the Metro Station (Leige). Plus there was also a magnificent Indian restaurant. I know that being in Paris I should be eating typical French food, but I couldn’t help myself one night with the yummy Indian. The rooms are of course small and typical of a 3 star Paris hotel (I see so many people complain about this in past reviews) . But as long as you already know what to expect size wise, then this is a great hotel. It’s very clean, been renovated and the staff are just lovely. If I ever need to stay in this part of Paris again, I would definitely return to this hotel .

1. *********** screwed up with our booking and it was canceled 2 days before our arrival, the manager sorted us out. She maintained the price we’ve paid although the price hiked at the point of time. Thank you to the manager. 2. A lot of restaurants/pharmacy/bakery/supermarket nearby. 3. The mini coffee table at the lobby is a nice touch. Unlimited coffee and biscuits for guests. 4. Very friendly staff. Thank you for being extra nice. Disadvantages 1. Near to metro but you have to change many lines to get to famous places and literally everywhere actually. It is tiring as it takes 30 min to an hour to reach a destination. Sometimes you have to take 2 metros and 1 bus. I don’t know if I want to stay here the next time because of this but if I have my own transportation, I will definitely stay here. 2. I requested for window and bathtub, they gave me room 61 which was like an attic. There was no mirror, no proper lighting. My sister got room 62, it was so much better but lesser space to keep your luggage. It is not a big deal though as i was out most of the time.

Very basic hotel Very basic hotel (2☆ standards, not 3...). We paid a fortune because it was New Year's Eve & they put is in a "renovated" room accessible by an external staircase. There, we needed to climb 2 sets of stairs to go to the bathroom/WC!! We explained that one of us had a back problem & then we chose to go to a non-renovated room where at least wecould take the lift. The shower there was tiny, the windows too old (could hardly open), there was no individual light & we could only barely charge 2 phones at the same time (one plug was hanging down from the TV dock station like a ripe grape). We managed to sleep though with little confort (old matresses). In the morning we woke up very early because we could hear the ones in the neighbouring rooms. Also, there was no way to turn down the heating (that kept popping back up at 25oC).

Small rooms as always in Paris but has everything you might need. Shower was excellent. One grumble was sleep quality as noise in the cramped corridor outside from early in the morning was particularly bad. Staff were lovely. Location great. Wi-Fi was good. Toiletries sufficient. It was fine really.
